Swallowing back her annoyance with having to repeat herself, Skyeye said, "It was growing in the bog near the northern border. Had to drag it out of some mud though. Do you think you can use this?"

"I could try it now. Come in!" Blackbriar told Skyeye. She walked back into the den and grabbed some moss with water in it. "But we might have to clean it up a bit first." She wiped the moss on a bit of the plant, then broke off the clean part and walked over to Mosspaw. "Eat this, it might help," Blackbriar mewed to the young cat.

Go in there? Where all the sick cats are? Skyeye leaned back, feeling hesitant, but decided that she didn't want to offend the medicine cat. She carefully stepped into the den, picking up a clean piece of moss and washing the mud off of her prize. StarClan, if you're truly there, please let this work.

Thunderclaw looked curious,but walked out of camp to hunt anyway

Mosspaw looks at the herb blackbriar was giving her. ive never seen this herb before, she thought. blackbriar must know what she's doing though so I should trust her. mosspaw bit some of the plant off. She screwed up her face. this tastes horrible! mosspaw quickly took the rest in her mouth and swallowed quickly. "*cough* thanks," mosspaw meowed looking up at blackbriar. She saw skyeye standing behind her. Panic surged through mosspaw. "Is skyeye *cough* sick!" She asked worriedly, her heart pounding. not anther cat! No!

Blackbriar looked at Mosspaw with a calm gaze. "It's alright, Skyeye's fine," she mewed. "She found this near the border, and I haven't seen it before. It might be the cure we've been searching for." She turned to Skyeye and whispered, "It's alright. I don't have it yet, and I'm always being exposed to it." She picked up the remnants of the rabbit and disappeared to the back of the den where the sick cats were, tore off another leg for herself and left the rest for the cats. She stalked off a little and lay down to eat her rabbit leg. It filled her up so she padded back to the front of the den.

Sorry I haven't been on in a while. What did I miss? Can someone sum it up please? Thank you.

{My character found a strange plant that may be a cure, and Mosspaw just fell sick. Everyone else is hunting or trying to help the sick cats in some way. That's the best I can sum it up.   )

Skyeye blinked rapidly. How did Blackbriar know what I was thinking? Maybe she underestimated the medicine cat. Either way, she felt there was nothing more she could do here right now. She ducked out of the medicine den, stretching her legs before jogging back out onto the plains to look for food.

Moonpaw padded into the medicine cat den with a mouthful of herbs. "Hi Blackbriar! Hi Mosspaw! Hi Skyeye!" She mewed. "I found some herbs out by a big rock. I have Burdock, Borage, Dock, Feverfew, and Poppy Seeds. Where should I put them? Oh, and I got some moss for Mosspaw's bed. What else should I do?" She sniffed the air. "Catmint. Poppy seeds. Feverfew. Combined!? Skyeye! You found the herb I scented under that rock! But what if..." She sniffed again. "Badger, fox, and adder! That was the other thing I scented! This can't be good!"

"Climbing on the medicine cats den was not a good IDEEAAAAAAAAAAA!" The roof caved in. "Uh...sorry...Ill work while I talk."

"JETFEATHER! WHAT WERE YOU DOING!" Every-cat (that wasn't sick) shrieked. Moonpaw fussed around, moving sick cats away from Jetfeather's mess and trying to calm poor Mosspaw, who was freaking out while having a coughing fit, down. She managed to coax him towards Blackbriar with promises of her working hard to get him better. "Ok, Jetfeather, what's the big idea?" She said, barely keeping her temper.

"The idea was-can somebody grab me some heather I found an empty nest-was that if I could build a second floor we could house more sick cats. I wanted to see what the cats were working with if Lilacstar said yes before I asked her. OK done. Its gonna be weak for a while."

Thunderstorm finally came into camp, another rabbit in his jaws. He had nearly missed it, but he was glad he did. He saw the medicine cats den, put his kill down, and hurried over. "What happened?" He asked.

To catch up: A horrible illness has fallen over Windclan. A warrior (Angryfoot) abandoned Windclan. Mosspaw has fallen ill, Skyeye (Stareye) discovered a plant that might heal the ill, and Jetfeather destroyed    the roof of the medicine cat den(Great going dude. Real good job. Because it's totally safe to climb a roof housing sick cats without permission.).

(hey at least I fixed it!) Jetfeather walked out of camp while nobody was looking. "Ill let them cool off a bit." Then he saw Angryfoot. Dropping... catmint? Wait what was he doing here?! "Get back here!" Jetfeather yowled.

(May I be sick?)

Tangleclaw walked around camp and went to Blackbriar. "How are the sick cats?" she asked.

Jetfeather suddenly woke up. "Well that was a horrid dream." He opened his eyes to see a crumbling medicine cat den. "Or maybe I'm still having it." He started to get up. "Hey Blackbriar what haaaaagh!" He was cut off by the pain in his side.

Mosspaw stared in horror at the medicine cat den, what in the name of starclan was jetfeather thinking!? mosspaw got up from where she was sitting. She wanted to check this out! Mosspaw stopped half way up. There was a piercing pain going through her back left leg. Mosspaw looked down at it, foxdung! It's swollen! First sick, now this, what is starclan trying to do to me!! mosspaw groaned as she tried to put pressure on it. way to go jetfeather!! mosspaw would tell moonpaw and blackbriar, but she was too shocked to speak.

Moonpaw noticed Mosspaw groan and rushed over to her friend. "Mosspaw!" She cried worriedly. "Mosspaw, are you alright? What's wrong?" She sniffed and prodded Mosspaw on her back and legs. She muffled a yelp when Moonpaw reached her back left leg. 'You're hurt!" Moonpaw exclaimed "I would guess that you broke it. Have you fallen over lately? Did you get hit with a rock?" Moonpaw shot a glare at Jetfeather. "Jetfeather, if Mosspaw is hurt and you're to blame, you are crowfood. You have-what's wrong now!?" She asked, referring to the odd noise he made.

"No its really not going to. I made sure to look where no cat was resting. Now please, somebody help me! It feels like a cat tried to kill me and I'm not sure they haven't yet failed!"

(Tangle claw I left into the forest and met angryfoot. I woke up in the medicine den.)

"I don't-grooooaan- know -cough- don't blame jetfeather, yes it was -cough- mouse brained to do that but -ouch!" Mosspaw fell on her paw. She scrabbled to sit up, her leg sticking awkwardly out. " just don't blame jetfeather," he was in enough trouble and mosspaw felt bad for him. "Oh no! I can still train right!?-cough-" she wasn't going to let this get in the way of training and finding a mentor.

"Dang it Blackbriar.." Jetfeather mumbled as he pulled himself to the herbs. "If memory serves I need marigold and cobwebs... don't worry Mosspaw. Ill get Blackbriar because I don't know how to fix broken bones."

Tangleclaw looked around and saw Mosspaw. "What happened to you?!" she gasped. "Are you ok?" she said.
