WCF Official Video?

I was wondering, since Shamu has been doing a lot of great videos lately (and they're awesome!). Maybe we could have an official WCF video featuring all of our members (active ones).

It would be put at the somewhere as a link at the IMPORTANT NEWS AND INFORMATION section. So maybe it'll be called Meet the Members! whereby all of us will do a short (like 15 seconds) video about themselves or WCF! Then maybe Shamu could put the videos together.

So when a random guest goes to WCF, he/she can click on the link and will be like: "OMG this is cool! The members are so funny and nice. I'm going to join!"

So it'll be some sort of publicity video by all of us!

Jk. This is a good idea, but.. I don't have a Youtube account, I don't know how to edit a video, ect. So I guess those people just wouldn't be in it?

You don't necessarily need a YouTube account for this. Maybe record your voice? Or do a short video with your camera?

And regarding your last statement, a definite NO. This is a team effort. All of is will be in it no matted what. If you don't know how to make a video, I'll try and do one for you

I think that's a great idea, Chromy! However, it would take a ton of work. I currently use my kindle for every online thing. So, I wouldn't be able to submit my video now. I was wondering about how long we would have until you aren't accepting video submissions. I can figure out how to edit my own video and all that, but the important thing here in my eyes is time. A du date is in order. This would rake in more activity. I think others are looking for that much dedication and teamwork in a site. I know I sure as heck would. I'm in. We should do this. It will be totally epic.

If this works out and everyone approves, there will be no deadline. We will wait until all members send in their video.
If you do not know how to make a video, We can make one for you. But all you need is to Pm me.

I can't take a video. I really like the idea though I guess I could take a vid with my webcam but.. I dunno how xD But I'm on board with the idea! (;

I love the idea but could someone do the vid for me? I'm so busy and I have no idea how to edit or upload videos and I don't want my parents to get mad I'm sorry I wish I could make a video :/

I think the idea is great! the only problem is, My mom doesn't want in a YouTube video, whatsoever. IO could like use a stuffed animal cat instead...

This sounds like an awesome idea! I'll definately make a video for this. Maybe we could have a certain thing that we talk about so we won't all be talking about different things.

Note that you do not need a YouTube account to make videos. It's a site for uploading and watching.

Alright. Those who want to make their own video, you may do it. Make sure it isn't too long (max 20 seconds). Say your own username and a short message about yourself and WCF. You could use a toy or drawing to represent yourself. Or even a tree.

Those who can't or do not know how to make videos, send me a PM on what you want to say in the video and what you want me to include. You could send me drawings and I could form it into a video.

Those who are good at editing/making videos, PM me too. You guys can help the other members

And, for those who can't make videos, do you think you could record your voice or something? Or maybe take a video? It isn't very hard. Just use your camera to take a video and send it to me via PM. It's possible to combine both video and voice record together.

The idea is great, Chrome, but unfortunately I'll be in South America for another week or so, so I don't have anything to record with. (Left my camera at home, heh...) My family also has some strict rules about videos; watch them, don't make them. Or at least don't include yourself in it. I could possibly add my voice to a recording later, but my parents also don't care much for the site and probably wouldn't approve so I think i'm out on this one.

They somehow think i'll be "stalked" by the sound of my voice or something. If we didn't like technology so much i'm pretty sure we'd be Amish. :/

Hah, if only XD Me faking a british accent or even an american accent sounds vaguely texan/irish It's just my luck that the computer in my house is also in the living/dining room where the TV is. I'm not sure wether my parents have removed the webcam or not, but it's risky to try it when my dad and mom are always walking about and watching tv. Only my bro has a laptop, and it's protected. Go on without me, it's fine.

(This sounds way more extreme here than it is in real life o_e Forgive my parents' crazy beliefs.)
