Katniss sat watching her eyes full of pain, then she sished, she had a weak spot for others pain, so she dropped back down and then looked at the two before she plucked flowers and dropped them at CAto's side before she ran into the woods.

Cato wiped his tears away and glared at Glimmer as she approached him. "Stay away or I'll kill you." he snarled. Glimmer stood there like a deer in headlights.

Foxface sighed as Glimmer stood there but she wouldn't save her this time, Cato will be unstop ablle with rage and grief for his dead sister. Why did Katniss do any of that stuff? Softy! she spat the though before she crepted up behind Cato, her knife raised.

Cato heard footsteps behing him and quickly unsheathed hi sword, spinning around and bringing it to Foxface's throat.

Foxface spat out a crumbled word and kicked Cato's sword away, slutching her throat. Then she pinned him down, using Clove trick of giving a slow and Painful death. Then she was gone, Katniss was ramming her, Foface chocked in surprize and her knife plunged deep into her arm. KAtniss spit something at her and Foxface merely snarled in rage and knocked Katniss to the ground, plunging her knife deep into her, Katniss shreiked in agony and thrashed but Foxface held her down, plunging the knofe deeper and deeper while Katniss's screams grew more frantice and angonized.

Cato swang his sword, slicing it deep into Foxface's throat. "Leave her ALONE!" he roared.

Foxface tumbled to the ground, and managed to hiss "Why do you care about her any way?! You wanted to kill her right up until the games started! Now out of my way! Time to finsh what I started!" then she charged at CAto and KAtniss, her body soaked in blood.

Katniss lay limply, her body ridged and torn with wounds. Katniss body jerked a little before she passed out, her blood leaking into the ground.

Cato grabbed Katniss, supporting her and plunged his sword into Foxface's stomach, twisting it. "DIE!" he hissed.

Rue suddenly appeared from behind, leaping onto Foxface and stabbing her in her back.

Foxface screamed in agony before falling silent and her body slumped and her beautiful red hair falling over her face. Thresh stalked through his field when suddenly he heard the screams of agony and he bounded out his field to the scource, eager to finish off the survivers.

Rue glanced at Clove's body, feeling a little sorry for both her and Cato. "Alliance?" she asked.

Cato gently set Katniss down and quickly raced to get the medical supplies he needed. He came back and applied them to Katniss. He nodded. "Sounds like a plan" he smiled sadly.

Katniss weakly grappled her ripped chest and pushed her clothes onto the wound before she weakly murmured "Go...away...Peeta...I'm....trying to sleep...." her dreams were filled with haunting images. SHe franticly clutched her wounds and sighed.

Cato smirked. She was talking about Peeta..again.

KAtniss dreamed hazily through her flife, her fathers death,PRim's birth day,the reaping, and her self dying. She franticly shook herself but she didn't move, her face peaceful in death, her face so snow white....

Cato saw Katniss go pale and stop moving. "No! Katniss, wake up!!!!" he yelled, shaking her.

Rue had gathered a handful of berries. "Here," she said, offering them to Cato and Katniss.

Katniss's eyes flicker open and she wheezed "Quit yelling at me, unless its the end of the world, I don't care!" she wheezed grumpily.

Cato chuckled in relief and took a few berries. "thanks." he murmured thankfully.

Rue frowned, popping a berry into her mouth. "Cato, here," she gave him some berries.

KAtniss sighed and grumbled "I mean I was fine sleeping! XD I mean really....." she trailed off and her eyes flickered shut and soon she was softly breathing, she was asleep, again.

Cato laughed and devoured some berries.

Rue smiled slightly. She too closed her eyes and drifted off to sleep.

Cato stayed wide awake and frowned when he saw Glimmer walk over. "What do you want?" he asked warily, unsheathing his sword.

Rue woke up, narrowing her eyes at Glimmer.
