Cato grabbed Katniss and ran as fast as he could, pumping his strong legs until they burned.

~ haha I just realised this rp only had three users ~

Clove and the other mutts chased after them, their hands starting to melt and they slowly turned into a pack of strange four-legged creatures, their eyes glazed.

Cato grunted as he hauled Katniss up a large oak tree. "Climb into the trees!" he yelled to Rue and Thresh.

Rue nimbly scampered up a nearby tree, safely wedged in the branches. Thresh however, was large in size and the tree couldn't bear his weight. He had only a metal rod in his hands. The mutts were advancing towards them very quickly.

Cato left Katniss in the oak tree and ran to Thrush's side through a small gap. He unsheathed his sword. "Climb." he ordered Thrush, hacking at any advancing mutts.

Thresh shook his head. "I. Can't." He held his metal rod tightly, tears rolling down his cheeks as he charged at the mutts courageously.

Cato momentarily face palmed. "Suit yourself, fool." he growled and climbed into the tree behind him. He jumped several branches before arriving at the one Katniss was on.

Thresh charged at the mutts, bravely swinging his rod about. Before long, he was covered by the mutts, tearing his flesh. He let out an agonized scream before he went limp. The mutts, now eager to kill more, launched at the trees where Cato, Katniss and Rue were.


"They can climb!" Rue shrieked, racing off.

Cato once again grabbed Katniss and leaped through the tree tops.

One of the mutts launched towards katniss, its teeth sinking into her neck.

Cato slashed the mutt's head off and pryed it's jaws away from Katniss's neck. It hadn't done any killing damage. "Thank you." Cato breathed in relief.

Another mutt leaped onto his back suddenly, pulling him off the trees. Rue meanwhile was rushing to the Cornucopia.

Cato grunted and jumped off the tree, making sure he landed on his (or the wolf's) back. He heard a loud crunch and still holding Katniss, dashed after Rue to the Cornucopia.

The mutts were chasing them madly, one dragging Katniss away, and another landed on Cato's back heavily.

"Let.Her.GO!" Cato roared, flinging the mutt off his back and yanking Katniss away from the other, kicking it in it's face.

~ Can't you just kill Katniss? O_O ~

-Nope, he loves her. I wanna keep her alive till Kittystar says otherwise...-

~ Okay... guess I'll continue rp-ing tomorrow when Kittystar's around! ~

~Was I passed out this whole time??? ~

XD I can't believe I was passed this whole time! All he did was dragg me around before I stabbed him!!!!!XD~

(XD yeah, I didn't know what to do so I just made him carry you around. )

~XD Yeah I guess that was all you could do besides leaving me to die!!~

Katniss gave a sigh and rasped "I can do it! I can do it!" then she leaped swinging into the next tree, next to Rue. Then she smacked a Glimmer looking mutt in the head before it grabb her or Rue. Then she gagged in horror, and froze as she saw a Clove and Peeta mutt. Katniss just stared, her eyes wide and puzzled.

Cato slashed at the Clove mutt then hacked both of their heads off.

Katniss shook her head and breathed "Thanks" before she saw more and more mutts. Then some thing sparked in her and she turned back to Cato and something blazed in her eyes and she hissed "What ever happens, don't follow me!" then she swung to the next tree and leaped down and took off, running away from Cato, the dogs chased excitedly after her.

Cato cocked his head to the side. "Why?" he called after her.

~Yay! I like to go crazy like this! MWHAHAH!!!! XD She gonna drownd them all in the lake!XD~
Katniss turned around before she vanished "BECAUSE I"M GONNA DROWND THEM ALL!" then she was hurtling through the undergrowth the mutts bounding after her, then she leaped into a tree and shot a Peeta mutt. Then she was racing through the bushs, breaking into a clearing next to the lake. Katniss prayed the mutts couldn't swim, then she hurtled herself into the water bouncing into the deeper parts. A mutt lunged for her trying to dragg her back on the beach then it thrashed helplessly in the water before it vanished. A few followed. Then she was yanking a soggy bow out and shootin at the dogs on land.
