The title pretty much explains everything. You can have 3 characters. There is all 13 districts since District 13 hasn't been nuked yet. If by the time the RPG starts and every slot isn't filled in, that means that they were killed in the rush to the Cornucopia.

YOu're accepted, but maybe it would be the other way around for allies. Rick and Katri would be allies, and Rockan and Fallstreak would be allies. It's because Districts 1, 2, and 4 are the careers and all the careers usually team up. Or they could switch Districts since Rockan sounds so nice and careers don't tend to be nice, really. But it's your choice

Other: Fast and agile, with extremely good accuracy. She almost never misses her target with the knives, but hardly knows any other weapon.

Other: Surprisingly strong for a girl and can throw heavy punches. She can run fast for a short distance, and jump high.

Accepted! Maybe Katri and Scarheart's person can be allies with Aster. As long as Scarheart's fine with it. I'm sure she'll be, but she will probably need to know

Personality: not really a bad person, though some people believe he is because of how detached he is. Usually not one for making friends and instead focuses on the task at hand. Though he is more comfortable in a group, Colt often goes alone.
Other: often thinks of uncommon ways to solve a problem, clever and strategic but not very strong
