Cato gasped for air and struck Katniss with his sword on her side.

Clove twisted Peeta's neck furiously and he fell onto the floor, dead.

Cato grinned at Clove. "Good job." he praised her.

Clove grinned, carving on Katniss's face.

Glimmer shivered, tears forming in her eyes. "Y-you killed him?" she squeaked.

Foxface lunged, steaking Clove in the side with her knife and tore it upward. Then she shoved Katniss into the bushes. Katniss was instantly in a tree, leaping from tree to tree and then she was gone with out a trace. and Foxface was gone into the bushes.

Cato's eyes widened. He ripped his shirt off and wrapped it tightly around Clove's wound.

Foxface fled into the deeper parts of the forest, she stopped at a stream to wash the blood of of her knife and then mused "I better stay off the ground....they'll be tracking me now that I attacked Clove." So she leaped into a tree and vanished into the branches.

Katniss stopped to breath, Peeta was dead, Clove was soon to be dead but why did Foxface save her? She crumpled in a high up fork, she was to tried to even treat her injurys, so she just went to bed.

Clove grimaced in pain, glaring daggers at the retreating forms.

"Don't worry,Clove. I'll kill them next time I see them." Cato promised. He shivered as a cold breeze gave his bare chest goosebumps.

Katniss satin a tree, shivering as she remembered Peeta dying,Foxface's intenseity to kill CLove,Cato's horror. Then she hissed "The next person I see I will kill...no matter what, I will kill Cato,Clove,Foxface,Thresh, but Rue...she's so young...so fragile...to little to die..." she though bitterly

Glimmer whimpered, shaking in fear. Cato sighed. "Clove, should I just go ahead and kill Glimmer? She's of no help to us." he whispered to his sister.

Foxface stood silently in a tree above them and was watching coolly, waiting for her chance to save Glimmer......Now! Then she pulled a tree vine and leaped down, her feet planting squarly scross Cato's chest,knocking him away before she snarled to Glimmer "RUN! RUN IDOIT!" then she was gone.

Glimmer flinched. "Huh?" Cato fell with an oof. He caught his breath and stood. Glimmer raced away, scared.

Foxface was ziggzagging through the tree's, following Glimmer. Then she braked for the right and was gone.

Katniss lay limply in a tree, stilling thinking about Cato. Why are you still thinking about him! Stop it Katniss! she stood up and leaped down from her tree and was stalking through the tree's looking for her next victoem and her next meal.

"We need to find water to clean your wound, Clove. Let's find the lake." Cato said ,lifting Clove into his arms and carrying her.

Katniss froze she heard snapping twigs and then she was running, rocks wizzing behind her, then she almost crashed head first into Cato and Clove she looked back at Thresh and then looked at Cato and Clove. KAtniss gave a snort but trying not to show how ruffled she was, and then she leaped into a tree, lunged from branch to branch. Thresh was hurtling rocks at the tree and Cato.

Rue suddenly appeared out of nowhere, dragging Katniss to safety.

Cato set Clove down and charged at Thresh, slicing him deep in the side with his sword.

~Icey Lightniningstorm and I decided that Katniss and Cato are gonna fall in love...~

Katniss gently pulled her arms free and stood up to look at her rescuer and mused "You're Rue from distric 11 right???? Any ways thanks for saving me kid, how old are you anyway? You're a little young to be in the games.." she said quietly.

~ Who's roleplaying Thresh? ~

Clove let out a snarl, slightly limping, stabbing Thresh right in the heart.

~Kitty is.~
"Clove, I could've handled him. You need to rest." Cato said worriedly.

~ Idk..we just needed to liven it up a little before the gamemakers twisted it up~

Katniss peered over the edge of the branch and growled "Looks like its them and us......" then she flopped down with a sigh and shuffled through her pack and looked up and murmured "Do have any wounds yet Rue??"

Cato rummaged through their pack. "Maybe I can find something to stictch you up with..." he murmured to Clove.

Clove nodded weakly, drinking a bottle of water.

Rue shrugged. "I'm too quick for them," she let out a slight smile at Katniss.

Peeta is dead.
