Shadowstorm's Rescue

The basic story outline so far....

Shadowstorm is captured and poisoned by Monkeystar. IceClan is allianced with ThunderClan. Monkeystar moves Shadowstorm to IceClan fortress. The remaining Clans are in distress. RiverClan, ShadowClan, AwesomeClan, and FireClan join up to save Shadowstorm. Monkeystar's plot is revealed! He wants to take over the entire forest and is starting by using poor Shadowstorm as a decoy. As Shadowstorm gets weaker and weaker, the Clans combine and prepare for rescue. A strange group of cats and animals arrives from a Distant Land. The RiverClan, AwesomeClan, ShadowClan, and FireClan alliance plans a daring rescue with the welcome strangers. The Allied Clans travel up the mountain. Meanwhile, WindClan has apparently allied with IceClan and ThunderClan! Lotus-star regrets her decision and does not like how Monkeystar is pushing her. She meets with Tobi the dog from ShadowClan and is planning to see him again. Meanwhile, the "good side" recruits wolves and other animals along the way to defeat the battle hardened IceClan members. What will happen in this final episode? Will Shadowstorm be saved? What will Lotus-star ultimately choose? Will the forest become under the rule of Monkeystar or will he be brought to justice? It begins here!

Sagedapple blinked. "You decide. There's the forest here with brambles, or the forest downwards."

Fireheart wasn't sure, he doesn't know too much about herbs. "Well, uhh, your sister is a Medicine Cat so I think you should decide, you know more than I when it comes to herbs and all." Fireheart stuttered feeling as if he didn't feel useful enough.

"Alright." Sagedapple meowed. "We might as well go down. Maybe you could hunt later?"

Fireheart was relieved that she didn't sound to upset at him. "Sure, just tell me when you get hungry"

Sagedapple continued to bound down the mountain. Soon, they came upon another forest. "I can smell green plants now!" she meowed delightedly. "how about I look for herbs while you hunt? We can meet back here."

Fireheart thought that was a good plan. "Alright, I'll head this way," point his tail the opposite direction she was heading.

"Okay." Sagedapple nodded and bounded away, jaws open to taste the air. Dock! "There must be a stream here," Sagedapple muttered. Dock grew only near streams. Later, she stumbled upon clumps of marigold, coltsfoot, catmint, and juniper berries.

Fireheart was crouching around until he heard a mouse. He sniffed the air and knew where the mouse was hiding. He was ready to pounce on it and he caught it and killed it in one blow. He stumbled upon two more mice and a vole. He was able to carry them all at the same time but he walked much more slower. He didn't want to dig them because he wouldn't want to forget them on his way back.

Sagedappe's leaf package was satisfyingly full. She trotted toward the meeting place, dragging the bag behind her.

Fireheart was heading back with a great meal for him and Sagedapple to share. We walked much slower but was able to get close to the meeting place.

"Fireheart!" Sagedapple bounded over. "Do you need help?" She shoved the leaf packet under a root.

Fireheart didn't want to seem weak. He pushed himself twice as much. "No, I am almost there, I got it, please don't worry." he said trying to sound fine instead of a struggling voice.

After checking out the abandoned ThunderClan camp, Icestar assumed the cats must have retreated towards the mountains, where their allies, IceClan, lived. After a long journey, with little fresh-kill and a sprained paw, Icestar had finally caught up to the scent-trail of her allies. At one point, the scent trail crossed with WindClan scent, which was a little confusing, but maybe there was a skirmish battle.

Lotus-star told Tobi her story. "Monkeystar bribed me. He said he would give me (freshkill? [WP]). Plus, he said he would attack WindClan if we didn't go. I was forced, but what could I do? I had to protect my clan. But I don't want to ally with him. I don't like him and I am for your cause," said Lotus-star. "If having a spy is what it takes, I will use my life to help you defeat Monkeystar!"

"Umm... what would you say to that I have a couple of very close friends that would like to talk to you?" Tobi nosed towards where the other kittehs were hiding

Lotus-star sniffed. "Well I suppose I would see them then. No use in turning away my friends now." She gave a small smile at Tobi.

Lotus-star gave a hopeful look into the forest. Who else had come to meet her?

darkfire waz mad. WHY AREN'T DEY ATTAKKING? he screeched. he ran 2 da window and starting screaming insults. "SLOW POKES! COELCANTHS! BASHIBAZOUKS! CARPETSELLEERS! THEIVES! BUTCHERS! SAVAGES SAVAGES SAVAGES! DIPLADOCUSES! WORMS! VULTURES! BODYSNATCHERS! CENTIPEDES! VILLAINS! BULLIES! SAVAGES SAVAGES SAVAGES!!!!! LOSERS! SAVAGES SAVAGES SAVAGES!!!!"

Deciding now was the time to confront the WinddClan Leader personally, Honeytongue rose from his hiding place behind the snow hill. Giving a gentle mew, he slowly walked towards Tobi and Lotus-star.

"Greetings Lotus-star. I've been looking forward to this chance of meeting you again, for a long time. It's great to hear that you're willing to help us."

As he got nearer, and looked into her blue eyes, he tried his best not to reveal the uneasiness he felt inside.

Watershred walked behind Honeytongue and asked if there was something wrong.She had been happy that LOtus-star decided to help them but Honeytongue looked uneasy.

"Sh," Hazeldust whispered to Watershred. "If she thinks we don't trust her, she won't help us," she mumbled from the corner of her mouth. Hazeldust had slinked out of her hiding place, but she had stayed carefully behind Honeytongue. If they all came at once, then it might look a bit intimidating.

Lotus-star shuffled her feet. She felt nervous and lonely. "Thanks Honeytounge..." she looked at him for a moment. "But what can I do? My Clan is still at the Fortress. If we leave, Monkeystar will kill them. I have to go back. So I guess that means I will have to be a spy. I will tell you his movements and plots. And I will give my life for you." Lotus-star bowed her head regretfully. "If only WindClan had been strong enough to oppose him in the first place." She sniffed. "Any maybe then I wouldn't have hurt everyone so bad when we joined Monkeystar. I hope you will forgive me." Lotus-star backed away and then turned to go...

Sagedapple shrugged. "Okay." She tugged the leaf packet from the root, she added, "Nice catch." Sagedapple trotted back to the small clearing and carefully unwrapped the packet. She tugged out the stems, roots, leaves, and flowers , and arranged them on a flat rock to dry. "Mouse-dung," she muttered as she tore a leaf.

~Wow. Our seperate RPG is getting long. Maybe a little too long. Why don't we just hurry back? What do you think, Fireheart?~!

Why does she remind me of Padmasashi? Great StarClan can it even be possible?!

These dying words of his lost love seemed to echo in the air now. And her blue-sky eyes could be seen in Lotus-star's as she looked at Honeytongue.

Icestar trudged wearily up a hilll. She knew this route, since Brightstar and her had traveled this way to seek Iceclan's help in a Sunningrocks battle. She caught a whiff of fresh scent on the air. ShadowClan, RIverClan, AwesomeClan, and... WindClan? But they sided with ThunderClan! Icestar raced down the hill, to see the four Clans talking peacefully. "Brightstar! Lotus-star! Cheesestar!" She called, rubbing against the cats and purring.
