RiverClan RPG: Dried Up

Rules

• Anyone may join.
• Anyone outside of RiverClan must fill out a character form, but RiverClan members can just roleplay themselves without filling out a form.
•There is a maximum of one character per person.
• No god-modding or killing other members characters
• You must follow all Offical RPG rules and site rules
• Wait until your character is accepted before you start roleplaying (RiverClan members, please post to let me know if you're joining the rp, we'll start roleplaying when at least five people have joined).
• You cannot create a character with a high rank such as leader, deputy, or medicine cat, but you can roleplay as a senior warrior or lower rank.
• Have fun!

The Story

This greenleaf has been very hot and dry, and the river has been slowly lower. RiverClan cats have suspected that the heat was causing their main food source to dry up. One night the river suddenly dried up completely, and now RiverClan cats are forced to hunt in the forest in their territory. It has now been nearly half a moon since the river dried up, and it has rained several times, but the river has not returned. Now Streamstar suspects that something else has caused the river to dry up. She is leading a patrol upstream to investigate.

What the RiverClan leader does not know is that beavers have built a dam upstream, keeping water from flowing down into RiverClan territory. Its up to the patrol to find some way to destroy the dam and bring the water back.

Personality: Sneaky, sly and she looks after herself but she is also intelligent and very determined. If she really wants something she won't give up on it but she'd let somebody else fall to save herself. She's wary of other cats and only has a small group of friends.
Special Traits/Skills: Fast and athletic but not much brute strength. Good at tracking and running.

Streamstar stared at the dry river bed, trying to figure out what had happened to the water. It had rained yesterday, which had gotten everyone's hopes up, but the rain did little to help the river. Streamstar looked up at the sky, noticing that it was nearly sunhigh, so she headed back towards the camp. The hunting patrol would be returning soon, and there was an announcement she wanted to make. But first, she wanted to go talk to her deputy to see if he'd been able to figure out why the river had dried up. As she entered camp, she looked around to see if Torrentheart was there.

Flamepaw woke up in the RiverClan apprentices' den. She stood up and stretched. Flamepaw silently trotted out of the den, her bushy fur brushing everyone as she walked by. She walked over to the little water hole to get a drink of water, but there was no water. It had rained recently, but apparently that didn't really help the lack of water. StarClan, what's with the dried up water? Flamepaw silently thought to herself.

Description: Large, muscular brown tom with a short maw, yellow eyes, and a scowl always present on his face.

Personality: Lynxfang is a blunt, sarcastic ball of grumpiness that doesn't give two mice what others think. He's a traditionalist and always knows his way is right (even when it's proved wrong). Some say he's just a grumpy old badger in a youngster's body, but he's only like this because he figures if he shows his soft side, he'll lose the respect he's worked so hard to gain. In truth, he is a caring guy and loves his Clan mates enough to die for any of them. He'd make a great father one day and tends to be nicer to the younger cats or those he really like. (-wiggles eyebrows-)
Special Traits/Skills: hard to take down in battle, very strong, and a great strategist.
Other: Don't ask him to run or hunt though, he's far too muscular to be fast and tends to be clumsy outside the battle field, tripping over his large paws and getting his long fur caught in bushes.

Stormshadow exited the cool den. He walked up to the river bed. Noticing I was dry. " Oh no." He mewed.

Description: Lithe cream colored tom green eyes, has a rather large scar running from his right ear to his left eye.
Personality: A generally friendly cat, he is perfectly fine taking another cat's lead, but is rather competitive.
Special Traits/Skills: He is an excellent swimmer, even by RiverClan standards, and quite fast while running and fighting. He is also a decent tactician, though he doesn't like to show it off.
Other: Shellfur, while quick, lacks the size and weight of other warriors.

Raindrop went to the apprentice's den. She noticed that Flamepaw was asleep. "Wake up! We have to go train!" She meowed loudly. Flamepaw always does this.

Flamepaw woke to hear her mentor's voice! "But I caught the butterfly fair and square!" she yowled, but then she realized she was dreaming. "Heh. Sorry." She stood up and stretched. She followed Raindrop out of the apprentices' den.

He led her to a river. "We will catch fi-" he stopped. The river was all dried up! Fish were on the mud. "What happened???" he gasped.

Shadowstorm was pacing back and forth. " Why is all the water disappearing. Starclan help us." He pledded.

Raindrop padded over to Shadowstorm. "What has happened to our precious river?" he asked.

"It dried up, obviously," Pearldust said wryly. Kind of an obvious statement. She hopped down onto the dry river bed and pawed at the damp earth. It was wet from the rain, but she knew that by sunhigh, the dirt would be dry again, cracked and dusty,
