I'm sure Streamstar will accept you! 
But you can also join the RiverClan group and wait for her to accept you.
Go to:
• Groups (the tabs at the top of the page)
• Scroll down the options to click on RiverClan
• Click on 'View Information'
• And then click 'Join Group'
