Windclan RP

Birdflight smiled warmly. "How about we all go on a hunting patrol and at the same time show Moonpaw here the territory since she joined the clan." She suggested flicking her tail toward the entrance to camp.

Moonpaw yawned she had trecked all the way from MoonClan and she spotted her mother "Mother!" She yowled and she raced toward the black she-cat. She purred end stuffed her muzzle in her fur.

Sparkpaw shook her fur and walked over to her sister "Moonpaw, I have to take you around territory." She mewed.

Forestblaze jumped up, "I WANNA GO HUNTING!!!" She knew they wouldn't let her though, since she's a queen. She bounded over to them, hoping they would let her go. "PLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEASE let me go!!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE! I HATE STAYING IN CAMP ALL DAY!" she whined like a kit, then she laughed.

Birdflight turned to the queen and rolled her eyes. "I'm sorry Forestblaze but I have to draw the line somewhere. I cant let you go! Your a queen and your expecting quite soon! Although once your fit to be a warrior I'll let you go on as many hunting patrols as you'd like." She mewed chuckling. "Lets go guys!" Birdflight called and flicked her tail and padded over to the entrance of camp.

Sparkpaw and Moonpaw trotted behind Birdflight out of camp. "So, Birdflight," her sister began "You're going to get me a mentor soon, right?" Her sister mewed. Sparkpaw sneezed then coughed. She shivered and padded along.

"NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!" Forestblaze wailed sarcastically, "Must... hunt..." she took a deep breath, and faked a death. She got up and laughed.

Grasswhisker padded up to Birdflight. "Can I go? I want to catch something for my mom, since she can't hunt." he looked at Forestblaze, who was moping into the nursery.

~I think Grasswhisker would be a good mentor. :3~

Birdflight rolled her eyes at Forestblaze. "Dont worry Moonpaw. You'll have a mentor soon I promise." She pricked her ears and turned around to see Grasswhisker. The tom padded up to her and she saw his muscles rippling under his pelt. "Sure. Lets leave now though. Were wasting precious daylight." Birdflight flicked her tail and raced out of camp and into the moorlands.

Sparkpaw looked at Grasswhisker "Hi Grasswhisker! Remember Moonpaw?" She asked him gently and she shuddered after another bout of coughing "Choo!" She sneezed again.

(Sparkpaw just has Whitecough, or anything close.)

Birdflight looked back at Sparkpaw in concern. "Are you alright?" She asked gently placing her tail on the young apprentice's shoulder. "Do you think you can make it for this patrol? Then once we get back you can see Sagedapple about that cough. Its close to Leaf-Bare, you could have Whitecough." She mewed half to Sparkpaw and half to herself.

"I'm fine." She assured with another cough and shudder. She sniffled and padded on side by side with her sister.

"No, that's Whitecough." Grasswhisker meowed, concerned, "Lilystream, when she was an apprentice, told me about disceases and stuff, and that sounds just like Whitecough. Let's take you back to camp to see Sagedapple."

Birdflight nodded. "I agree with Grasswhisker, were very close to camp so let's hurry." She mewed quickly. Sparrowtalon had Whitecough before it turned into that strange sickness he had. Sparkpaw is a lot younger though and a lot stronger. She'll be ok. Birdflight thought but she still felt worried for the young apprentice. Birdflight flicked her tail and they padded along the moors straight back towards camp. "Grasswhisker, if she's hungry let her have some prey and take care of her. I'm going to go find Sagedapple." She mewed to the tom before trotting across the clearing quickly and ducking inside Sagedapple's den. Birdflight looked around searching for the medicine cat. "Sagedapple?" She called softly.

"Hungry? What? I'm fi-" she was cut off by another bout of coughing "Fine." she finished with a shudder. "Choo!" she sneezed again. "Oh, and I am a little hungry, but I'm fine." she added softly after coughing again.

~UGH. Yes *is confused with Sagewhisker from the series* ~
"I'll get you some prey." Grasswhisker smiled, "You go ahead inside the den, I'll get you a rabbit." he padded away. I hope Sparkpaw's ok... She's a strong apprentice, though. she'll get through it... I hope. he picked up a rabbit and trotted into the medicine cats den with it. "Here." he meowed warmly.

"thank you Geasswhisker." she mewed and bit into the delicious rabbit. She chewed and could barley feel it reach down her throat. She shuddered again and waited for Sadgedapple.

Windystorm watched the others, smiling and purring happily. It was nice to see everyone so happy, and it was nice to finally have some time to himself. "Catch me something with fur on it!" He called, flicking his tail. Windystorm settled down, grooming his brown tabby pelt, which was littered with grass and petals from wandering around the moors all day. He occasionally glanced towards the Med.den where he could hear Sparkpaw coughing. Hope she gets better... She's going to be a warrior soon. He thought, noticing how the smaller she-cat had grown after they had arrived in camp. During the journey, prey was short and Windclan, already lean and lanky, had all looked small and frail in the desert. Now that they've all filled up on prey, he was just beginning to notice changes in the cats closest to him and was starting to see their normal selves. Wonder if i've changed... His whiskers twitched slightly before focusing his attention back to his pelt.

Sparkpaw sneezed after she finished off the last of the rabbit. She walked over to the side of the clearing and noticed Windystorm grooming himself "Hey there! Soon we'll be denmates again!" she mewed after sneezing again. Her coughing was beginning to ease off, reducing to mostly sneezes. She had grown bigger, almost matching Windystorm's height and weight. She shook her pelt realizing her father must have been big- or Windystorm is small- for her to be matching his size. Her gaze traveled to Grasswhisker, then back to Windystorm, waiting for the tabby-tom's reply.

"Looking forward to it," He said, lifting his head and flashing a grin. "You better stop growing though, otherwise you won't fit! You're almost as big as I am!" Windystorm noticed that she really was. Hopefully he'd grow much more, not wanting to be the 'runt' of the warrior's den, even though he was bigger than most of his clanmates.

Sparkpaw beamed "I don't think I can help it!" she mewed. It was nice to know they were, and always would be, friends. "i sure hope I fit!" she giggled "I don't think I want to seep ion the cold." she pretended to shiver the sneezed. "I think I'm getting better." she mewed. "Just sneezy." she added after sneezing again.

Gingerblaze sat down next to Windystorm, a thrush dangling from her jaws. She bit into the juicy bird, not even saying a word to the tom next to her. Once she was finished, she stretched and laid down on her back, enjoying the bright sun. "Hm," It came out of nowhere, like she always did, "I'll be back soon." The she-cat walked over to a black she-cat--whom she couldn't remember the name of--that she had seen with her adopted brother before. "Hello," Gingerblaze said politely, deciding to become friends before she asked what was really on her mind. "I'm new to WindClan, well, I was in it when I was little, but, you know what I mean, and I'd like to make some friends. Would you like to take a walk, go hunting, anything?"

"'Hello dear brother, would you like to share tongues?'" Windystorm said in a higher-pitched voice, flicking his tail. He finished his grooming, his pelt now free of grass and other grassy things. Stretching, Windystorm curled up lazily. It was one of the few times when he had nothing to do, not even running. Gingerblaze is part of the clan now... Windystorm thought happily. He finally had a family in the clan. Sure, they weren't really related, but Windystorm hadn't had a brother-sister fight in almost 20 moons. His parents had died young and had never had any other kits.

Grasswhisker looked over at Sparkpaw, and trotted over to her. "Hey!" he meowed, "Wanna go hunting?" he looked at Windystorm, and back at Sparkpaw. She'll be a warrior soon. I hope her Whitecough goes away before then. He looked at her again, and smiled.

Birdflight padded out of the medicine cat den and sighed, she shook out her pelt and it felt like her head was spinning from all the stress. I might as well go hunting now and make up that hunting patrol. I really hope Sparkpaw feels better soon.
She pricked her ears hearing Grasswhisker ask Windystorm to a hunting patrol. Should I go with them? I'll go alone, I need to clear my head and the best way for me is to know I'm helping my clan and to relax with the wind blowing in my fur. Birdflight padded out of camp and started sprinting along the moors. She moved downwind and slowed down scenting rabbit. Birdflight ducked behind some tall grass seeing the rabbit through the grass. She burst forward like a rocket and swiped at the rabbit tripping it and giving it the killing bite.

Gingerblaze heard what Windystorm said, and rolled her eyes, then said politely, "I'm sorry, I have to go. Talk to you later!" She ran back to Windystorm, sitting in the same spot. The ginger she-cat stretched, then licked Windystorm's face. "This is boring," She whined, looking at her adopted brother, "we should have a race or something!" Gingerblaze stood up, digging her claws into the ground. "I know you'd like that because you'd win!" She laughed. I missed Windystorm... I don't know how I survived that long without my family.

"Oh-ok..See you later.." Viper called after her, before staring at the she-cat with a bit of resent in her grey eyes. Now that Windystorm's sister was here, she would hardly get to even talk to the tom.
" If Windystorm was still an apprentice, at least I would still get to talk to him. Now that's he's a warrior, and his sister of all cats, has come, I'll never get a chance to even talk to him.." Viper thought resentfully. With a sigh, Viper turned her back to the tom and his sister, before moving away towards the warrior's den. " I could do with a nice long nap. Maybe For once, I'll be able to close my eyes with panicing." Viper got to her paws, and padded across the clearing, past Windystorm and Gingerblaze, before trailing into the Warrior's den. " Maybe I'll move into the nursery with Forestblaze. She's bound to be lonely, with not knowing alot of the she-cats here now. And such..."
