Hollyleaf Debate

Personaly, I love Hollyleaf. She reminds me of me in some ways Tell me what you guys think. But don't get really mad though. It's just a debate/discussion.

An INNOCENT cat? He tried to kill her and her brothers! How is that innocent? I love Hollyleaf.

But I totally agree. BUT I LOVED ASHFUR TOO.

I love her because:

1. She killed the mouse brain who tried to murder her and her siblings!
2. She is pretty!
3. She revealed the truth! She didn't hide it like a coward for years! (Fireheart (star) was a coward who hid Tigerclaw's (star) for years!)
4. I'M JUST A BIG OL' WEIRDO!

She was my favorite character, I got really depressed when she and her brothers found out the truth. I cried when she died...Obsession? I call it LOVE

It's like Yellowfang said, Ashfur's only fault was that he loved too much....And Hollyleaf's fault was that she was in love with the warrior code.

HOLLYLEAF HAD NO FAULTS! I think she was right to tell everyone, but she shouldn't have run off. I think it made her more of a coward. If she would have stayed, though, she probably would have ended up evil or something

Hollyleaf was a good cat, and she reminded me of myself, but I haven't killed anyone yet.  I think she just went into shock over the secret, and then couldn't face what she had done.

I have already ranted about Hollyleaf and I'm to lazy to type up another so thank god for copy and paste (some of you may have already read it, btw). If you're a Hollyleaf fan I respect that but don't get mad just because I'm not. If you can't read a rant on your favorite character without getting mad, then don't. Also, spoilers. Don't read if you don't want to read spoilers.

Personally, I could not stand her at first. She was stuck up and bossy and all she did was talk about the Warrior Code. Oh my God, shut up already. When she found out she wasn't part of the "big three" she got all depressed and talked even more about the Warrior Code. Dude, do you know how many generations of cats there were, hundreds, and you're upset because you aren't a chosen one? Well guess what honey, I'm not chosen either but am I upset about it? No, no I'm not.
Oh, then she finds out that her real mom is Leafpool and her dad is Crowfeather and has a psychotic meltdown. So Ashfur traps Hollyleaf, Jayfeather, and Lionblaze, threatens to kill them to "force" Squirrelflight into loving him. Smooth. (Don't get me started on Ashfur.) THEN Ashfur threatens to tell everyone at the next gathering the truth about the three kits, so Hollyleaf kills him. So much for the Warrior Code she cared so much about, hypocrite. Hollyleaf kills Ashfur. Whatever, I didn't like him anyway, but she killed a cat for treating to tell the truth. I see some of you are saying this was because of self-defense. If I remember correctly Ashfur was not threatening her life or her well being, in the immediate future, when she killed him. She over reacted, badly. Oh, and you'll never guess what happens next. She tells everyone at the gathering the truth anyway! Imagine that. "But Hollyleaf was under a lot of emotional stress, cut her some slack". Okay, excuse me? She becomes psychotic and belongs in a straight jacket. No she isn't going to get any slack from I.
Like Stareye said, she was a lot better when she came back later in the series but I wasn't necessarily upset when she died.

Uh, no. I hated her with all my being at first and then she became "okay".

I couldn't choose between she murdered and innocent cat or I love her story line so I choose storly line I think.?

So here's what I think... Hollyleaf is a smart cat, but she's too hard on herself. And she shouldn't let her feelings get the best of her. But she's still a good warrior... so I put "she's okay."

Hollyleaf is pretty good, I don't blame her for killing Ashfur. He was being a jerk. But she doesn't strike interest in me. I just view her as a random character. 

I LOVE HOLLYLEAF!!!!!!!IM HER NUMBER ONE FAN!!!!!!!!!!! NO CAT IS BETTER THAN HER!!!!!!!!!!!!! DOVEWING COMES IN NOT FAR BEHIND FOR MY FAVORITES BUT HOLLYLEAF IS THE BEST!!!!!

Technically there isn't a rule on posting on old topics but you should refrain from doing that. However, since this is a general discussion of a character of the Warrior Cats series, I think its fine if you post your opinions here instead of creating the exact same topic

I know this may seem repetitive but I personally love Hollyleaf for being one of the sweetest cats in the series
