Phoenixclan vs. Griffinclan

Phoenixclan cats live in the desert, and are able to stand great temperatures. They are also very fast. They hunt large birds and are good at jumping. Griffinclan cats live in the mountains by the desert. They are very strong, and are used to living in the colder climate of the mountains. They are also good at jumping and hunt large birds. During a shortage of prey, the two clans accuse eachother of prey stealing, and are on the verge of war.

Birchpaw looked up at his mentor "Milkfur, then you, brought them to Mossfire all the time." He squeaked in answer.

Mossfir looked at the GriffinClan cats and stared stealing prey?! she thought and wiated for an attack signal.

"Oh? And can you tell me what this cat looked like exactly?" Demonstar replied, irritation and anger seeping into his tone.

Flamepaw ran farther up the tree, and she stared down at Lionpaw, with 'Help me!' eyes. If Griffinstar told her clanmates what she looked like, then Redtalon would have her for fresh kill. StarClan help me! she thought. She laid so that she wouldn't be seen by everyone else.

"Um, I think it was a gray cat," Lionpaw said, hoping to mislead Demonstar. "He went off in that direction." He pointed with his tail toward the opposite direction of where Flamepaw was.

Demonstar narrowed his eyes. "We have no apprentice like that out of camp right now. I suggest you don't lie to me, kit." He snarled, losing his patience. "Now tell me truethfully who it was." He ordered.

Redtalon spoke up. "How would you know who it was? Were you near them? We should get Griffinstar's word on this, Demonstar."

Demonstar silenced the warrior with a flick of his tail, eyes boring into Griffinstar's. "You believe him?" He questioned, now calm.

~Maybe you can RP when we're fighting. Right now this is just a patrol, but The battle ahould start soon. Just pick a Clan ~

Meh. I'll just not bother and not join. It'll just confuse people.

"I didn't see any gray toms." Griffinstar meowed, glancing suspiously at Lionpaw. "The cat I saw was a orange tortiseshell, but from where I was, I couldn't see if it was a tom or she-cat. I never actually saw him or her leave, because I went to get a patrol."

Redtalon was shocked. The description sounded exactly like Flamepaw! He looked back at the tree where she was before, but she wasn't there anymore. If she had stolen prey from the proud GriffinClan, he would definitely punish her.
Flamepaw did leave camp earlier Redtalon questioned.

Mossfire opened her mouth Flamepaw! she thoughts, it had to be, she was always giving Lionpaw Mooney eyes. She felt like saying it out loud but dared not.

(Can we pretend Echocloud went in case of fighting?)

"Flamepaw! That no-good PheonixClan apprentice." Echocloud mewed coldly "stealing prey." Echocloud was blinded by a rabbit (like Longtail) and she remembered Flamepaw she had caught her on territory as a warrior.

Flamepaw stayed in the tree. She couldn't decide if she should hop down, or stay up. She had to do what was right, but for some reason, she couldn't. She stayed in the tree, waiting to hear what was to be said. Please be a battle! she prayed to StarClan, so that she could get back to camp, undetected.

Demonstar growled softly. "I see. She will definately be punished." He murmured. His amber eyes shifted to Redtalon. He would speak with him about punishment later. Turning his gaze back to his ex-bestfriend, Demonstar narrowed his eyes again but it was directed to Echocloud. He had known her well. Since she was a sibling to Griffinstar. "It's quite suspicious that Lionpaw was here to witness the whole thing and did practically nothing. He could be called 'no good' as well." He defended his Clanmate with fierce loyalty even though he knew she was behind this.

"How do you know how much he saw and what he did?" Griffinstar growled, "When I spotted that apprentice, I didn't see Lionpaw. He could have just seen her before she escaped, or even tried to chase her before she escape. I'm sure Lionpaw is a loyal apprentice. How could you accuse him if you weren't even there? Unless you were there and stood by and did nothing while one of your apprentices was stealing prey." He then turned to Lionpaw and said, "Can you tell us what you saw Lionpaw? I'm sure you didn't stand by and did nothing."

~Sorry, I didn't see your new character ealier. Its accepted. Can someone make their cat get angry and attack someone for the other clan to start the battle. Maybe I can get this rp active again and we can finish it.~

Mossfir growled and leaped into the air she pounced onto Griffinstar and began to claw at his ears "You cant tell us we did something, when you the ones doing it!" She growled through clenched teeth.

Griffinstar hissed and clawed Mossfire's exposed belly. He threw her off and yowled "Giffinclaw! Attack!" He pounced onto Demonstar and started clawing him.

Redtalon jumped to the side, as he had been standing next to Demonstar. He yelped as the GriffinClan cats lunged. He needed to find Flamepaw. He was both angry and disappointed.

Dreampool stared into the distance. Her first battle... what should she do? She paced around, thinking.

Mossfire landed on the ground Griffinstar didn't scratch deep enough to kill her ()
and she lunged at Dreampool while she looked confused and distracted () she began to claw at the she-cat.

Flamepaw started to panic. Should she become a rouge or a loner? She'd have to give up her dreams of being leader. Would she do that for Lionpaw? She could join GriffinClan. She saw the battle break out, but then saw Redtalon's expression. She stared for a moment, then darted down the tree, running as far away from the battle as she could. This was her fault and she knew it. When the battle was out of sight, she laid down in shame, and started to cry.
