I think it was China and some other Asian country. I can't believe it D:

They were eliminated. Disqualified :/ it was China, Korea, Indonesia, and another Korean team.

Only in that event.. right?

Along with that, I heard there was this track start that got disqualified from the whole Olympics because he "wasn't running hard enough" when instead he was saving up energy for a later race... -__- poor judgement...? Now he can't run that race, and he supposedly was a favorite to win...

What the heck? That one makes no sense. ._.

Ok, so this is what happened. The guy was running 800 meters or something (I don't remember if hurdles were involved) and right after that, he would have to go run 1500 meters. He didn't want to exert himself too much on the 800 meters or he wouldn't have enough energy to run the 1500 meters, so he ran half of it then went off the track. The judges disqualified him, and in the end he didn't get to run the 1500 either.

I guess that wouldn't be fair @the track dude. I mean I think the judges are right. Everyone would just drop out of 800m if thy could and then it'd be easier to break the works record for 1500.

Good point, but I think if the track guy wanted to be in the 1500 so much, then he never should have signed up/tried out/whatever for the 800.

That's really... Off. About the track dude. Yeah I agree with Maple. Although I don't think you can 'sign up' for certain track things. Isn't it susposed to be the that you can 'sign up' for track, and you have to do every track competition... Or am I wrong? .~.

Did anyone else see Stephen Feck's dive? xD

Poor guy did terribly and got a score of 0.0, I think, but it looks like the dive hurt more than his score.

@Bright, I think you have to do all of them, unless it's like gymnastics where you can qualify for all-around and just single events.

I didn't see anything Windy. What did he do? I swim, and yeah it hurts when you dive wrong. •~• I can relate, but from those heights? That's got to hurt way more.
