Volepaw smiled at Petalpaw and whispered. "Thanks."

Cloudpaw purred watching Spottedkit. She pricked her ears and looked at Volepaw giving him a puzzled look. "Your leaving so soon? But its a kit!" Cloudpaw mewed softly. "Well, I want to go hunting with Petalpaw. Im so restless and ready to get out of camp too..." He mewed. Cloudpaw narrowed her eyes. "Fine." She growled. She whipped around to looked at Spottedkit and purred.

Volepaw narrowed his eyes at his sister and sighed. Sometimes Cloudpaw can be a pain in the tail. But now I get to go hunting with Petalpaw! He thought happily. "Ready when you are." He mewed turning to Petalpaw with a sly smile.

"Thank you Beestar!" said Dovewing. She caught sight of Ravenshadow and Shadowflight fighting. Her happiness went away immediatly. "Don't worry. I won't let her out of my site Beestar," Dovewing said absently as she walked towards the two fighting toms. "Guys!" she yelled. "Don't start fighting right before the gathering! Calm down! No bad blood guys..," she told them trying not to snap at them. She looked at both of them calmly.

Silvermoon purred happily and nuzzled her mates. She felt a little kick in her stomach and jumped back from Crystallight and Ravenpelt. Her fur was sticking up. She calmed down then looked at her two mates. "Sorry, it's nothing. Just a small kick," laughed Silvermoon nervously.

Goldenstream walked into camp with a bird, then asked, "When's the gathering? Am I going?"

Darkfire looked up to see who just talked. It was Goldenstream. "We're going soon!" he called to her. "And if you ask Beestar she's gonna say yes.. I think!"

Springfall half walked-half limped to her mates side. Then Springfall licked her cheeck and purred "I'm ready! I think the kits are pretty excited to go the gathering with us!" she laughed, and then saw Goldenstream's beautiful pelt and blinked. Oh wow! Her pelt's so....bright....and what a pretty face! So narrow, and the delicate way her bones stick slightly out! Springfall marveled at Goldenstream, hoping she didn't notice.

Goldenstream shivered as a cool breeze brushed her pelt. She looked to her side to see Springfall, but she didn't notice her expression. "Hi, Springfall! How are you? Congradulations on the kits, by the way!" Goldenstream looked at Springfall, noticing her beautiful pale ginger pelt. Wow. I would never do that to Beestar, though! But she is stunning...

"Yes! I am! We already have names picked out and every thing!" she purred, her thoughts still whirling about Goldenstream. No! You have a mate! And your expecting a kits! But still.....we're about the same age....and she's so....simply stunning!

Beestar laughed and purred at Springfall. "That's great to hear! well now that you're ready we can start..." She stopped as she noticed Goldenstream walking towards them, and they way she and Springfall were looking at each other. The tip of her tail slightly swished back and forth. "Hello Goldenstream and thank you. If you're here to ask about coming to the gathering, then the answer is yes."

"What will their names be?" Goldenstream asked, trying not to stare at Springfall, "And thanks, Beestar!"

"Well, you can't really tell, its bad lucky!" she purred, now looking a Beestar, noticing her tail twiching. "When can we go to the gathering anyways? I'm excited!" She bounced a little on her paws.

"Yes, when can we leave? We're going to be late!" Goldenstream meowed, now looking at Beestar for an answer.

Shuffling on her paws, SPringfall darted a quick glance at Goldenstream's face, before feeling her belly rumbling. "Oh! I'm starving Beestar, I'm going to grab a mouse before we head-out!" Then before she was tempted to look at Goldenstream again she padded off.

Dovewing looked at both toms again. "Now apologize and get it over with," she said rolling her eyes.

Silvermoon looked around and saw Darkfire just sitting there doing nothing and not talking to anyone. She sighed. "I worry about Darkfire sometimes," she confessed to Crystallight softly, still watching her brother. "He seriously needs someone to hang with..." She sighed. She worried about her brother a lot. He hardly spoke to anyone unless they spoke to him.

~Goldenflame could like him if he doesn't have a mate! Though she likes Springfall a little bit...~

Beestar sighed. "Alright, but hurry up please. We should have left already. I don't want RainbowClan being the last to arrive. Especially when the other clans, except ThunderClan, don't know about us coming." She watched as her mate went to get a mouse. Then she looked at the Goldenstream. Noticing how beautiful the golden she-cat was, she purred lightly in understanding why Springfall would admire her.

Crystallight nodded and then noticed Goldenstream talking to Beestar and Springfall. "Maybe he could hang out with them. I mean...he did father Springfall's kits after all. And that Goldenstream is Gorgeous." She giggled and started nuzzling her mate.

"Fine," Ravenshadow grumbled before looking at Shadowflight. "Sorry about that."

"I'm gonna wash myself before we leave..." Goldenstream meowed. She sat by an old tree stump and started to clean herself.

The sun was now disappearing over the horizon. Beestar realized they were running out of time. "Let all those going to the gathering follow me, and quickly." She started padding out of the camp entrance and looked back to see if the rest of RainbowClan was behind her yet.

"Yay, finally. Come on Silvermoon, Ravenpelt, let's go!!" Crystallight mewed with excitement as she started skipping towards Beestar.

"We better go.." Ravenshadow mewed softly as he took Featherfire by the tail.

Goldenflame followed Beestar, looking at Springfall most of the way.

Shadowflight snarled, but sighed, "Fine. I'm sorry. But only because Dovewing said so." He stalked away, following Beestar. Every once in a while, he'd shoot Ravenshadow a glare. His tail stayed ruffled, and his back fur still rose.

Tempestpaw padded over to Darkfire, "Why are you alone? I'll hang with ya!" She winked, and smiled warmly. She began batting at his tail as she giggled, "You can tell me to leave if you want me to. It's not new for me to be unwanted." She brightened her face up again, "I know I seem...childish, but I'm gonna be a warrior soon! I'm just happy and full of energy!" She smiled, waiting to see if he wanted her around or not.

Bellawing groaned in pain, and Snowpelt looked up at Lilypaw, "Is she okay?" Lilypaw heard Graystar and the other cats heading for the Gathering, "She'll be fine. Just go to the Gathering, and tell her Rainbowclan friends. She still has feelings for that Ravenshadow fellow." Snowpelt nodded his head, and followed Graystar as they headed to the Gathering. Bellawing groaned in pain, and Lilypaw frowned, "Poor thing."

Shadowflight slipped away from the other cats. He stood by a small stream, and looked at his reflection. "I have nothing. No family. No friends. Not even my past-mate, Iriswing. Or my forbidden love, Bellawing. I am nothing." He dove in the water, and didn't let himself come up. His lungs ached for him to go up, but he stayed down. Finally he stopped breathing and sunk to the bottom of the stream.

Ravenshadow glanced back to see if Shadowflight was glaring at him again. But he wasn't there. Good...that tom is such a pain sometimes. After I a while he scanned around to see where the ash-gray tom was. He doesn't seem to be with anyone. He stopped and looked around again. Still no sign of him. Ravenshadow turned around and followed the trail until he came across a set of footprints goin away from the main group's. He followed it until he discovered where it ended up. "Oh my StarClan!" He mewed in horror as he saw the lifeless body of Shadowflight sinking into the stream. Jumping in, he swan towards it and pulled it out of the water. What have I done!! This is all my fault. He buried his face in Shadowflight's fur.

Just then, Bellawing approached on stumbling legs, a screaming Lilypaw behind her. Bellawing saw Shadowflight, and collapsed next to him. "Shadow...! No! Why? Please....It's all my fault," She sobbed, totally ignoring Ravenshadow.

Ravenshadow just stood where he was. He was too shocked to say anything. He placed his tail on her shoulder. "I'm..I'm so sorry Bellawing..."

Bellawing looked up at him, and down on the forest floor. "It's not your fault," She nuzzled him, then pulled away. Her and Lilypaw began carrying Shadowflight, then realized he was in Rainbowclan. "I'm sorry," Bellawing mewed quietly, then licked his cheek once more. "Ravenshadow, you can have the kits. I don't want them. They'll remind me to much of you," Heartbreak was evident on her beautiful face.

"I'm so sorry...for everything." Ravenshadow cried as he nuzzled her back. He looked at her with surprise to hear this. "Really? Are you sure?...." He noted the heart-break in her face, then gazed at the forest floor. "Than you..." He mewed softly back at her. "I promise they'll be looked after, and they will always know about their beautiful mother...Bellawing." He gazed at her blue eyes for a moment before continuing. "Featherfire and I are mates now. She...she's expecting kits too from me....I'm...I'm sure she'll be happy to help raise the kits like our own...." He felt a pain in his heart as he looked at his former mate. He gave her a final lick on the cheek too. Because of me...she lost her sister...her adopted brother/ best friend...and now her own kits...

Springfall poked Goldenstream and cried "Come on! We're going to be left behind!" and then she half ran-half padded away. "Gosh! I wonder where Ravenshadow is......he really wanted to come to the gathering!" Spirngfall mused looking around.

"I'm coming! I'm coming! Let's go!" Goldenstream laughed. She ran through the forest until she smelt Ravenshadow apart from the rest of the clan's sent. She followed it until she say Bellawing and Ravenshadow cruched over something. Goldenstream walked over and saw that it was Shadowflight. "Oh, dear StarClan... I'm so sorry, Bellawing..." Goldenstream whispered, looking at the soaked tom's lifeless body, "We'll have to set a vigil... But we have the Gathering. What should we do?"
