Firestar's kits are born

This roleplay takes place during the time inbetween Firestar's Quest and Midnight. You can roleplay characters from the books and this roleplay will start at the moment Leafkit and Squirrelkit are born.

A tiny felt her mothers tounge licking her. It felt so warm in the nursery. "Lets name her Leafkit and her sister Squirrelkit" she heard her mother meow. Leafkit... Thats a nice name Leafkit thought. She hadn't opened her eyes yet but she could feel her sister Squirrelkit right next to her.

Squirrlekit screamed hungrly and wailed "Mommy! Where's my momy?!" she was terrifed

Firestar stared at the two kits. "Are those mine?" he asked, nosing them gently.

Cinderpelt walked into the den carrying herbs and heard Firestar's dumb question and she dropped the herbs and hissed "Of course! Why would Brightheart have a kit who looks exactly like her leader?! Now where's Sandstorm???"

Sandstorm quickly rushed back to the Nursery as she recognized Squirrelkit's mewling cries.
"Squirrelit, it's okay I'm here now!" she spoke as she came over to the nest.

Squirrlekit sighed in relif and mewled "Why were you gone???"

Mousefur decided to visit the nursery. Her gase softened when she saw the new kits. "Hello little ones," She cooed, "I see you've opened your eyes. Do you like what you see?"

"Yes!" Leafkit squeaked. "Who are you?"

Mousefur realised she haddent introduse herself. "My name is Mousefur. I'm an elder here."

"I'm Leafkit! And I'm a kit!" Leafkit squeaked.

Mousefur smiled. "How are you liking Thunderclan?"

Squirrlekit let out a wail, their was a thorn in her nest! Squirrlekit stomped on her paws and let out a scream of pain and wailed "There's thorn in my beautiful paw!"

Mousefur glared at the apprentices again. Were they putting thorns in everyones bedding? She helped Squirrelkit get the thorn out.

SQuirrlekit let out a growl and grumbled "I bet the apprentices though it would be funny to do that!" she was mad at the apprentices

~MIINY NOUSEFUR IS COMING! AHHH! RUN FOR YOU'RE LIFE!!!!

(WOO!!!! GO MINY ME!)

Mousefur smiled at miny her.

Squirrlekit smiled and then yawned "I'm sleepy, I'm gonna take a nap!" then she curled up and swiftly fell asleep

"Sleep well my kits." Sandstar purred as she lapped her tongue on their small pelts. "You've had an exciting day so far."

Firestar padded over to his kits. "Sandstorm! Are they our kits?" he asked, his eyes as big as pools.

Sandstorm looked up towards her mate. "Of course they are." she softly mewed reassuringly. "It's quite obvious Squirrelkit has a little of both of us in her appearance and personality. And Leafkit resembles your sister 'Princess'."

Mousefur sighed. There should be more kits. She loved kits

~I wanna be Cloudtail! ~

Cloudtail padded out of the warriors den and into the nursery to see Sandstorm's kits. He glanced down at the sleeping kits. He was about to say something, but instead he kept quiet trying not to awake them.
