Larka ran over and commented on the falcon. "Oooh! This looks tasty!" She mewed happily.

Ash got up and stretched his muscles ready to start the day. He watched as Dove commented on the falcon.

Description: dappled silver she-cat with big azure blue eyes

Wind, shyly padded over to Ash and mewed " Have you seen Dove today yet....?" she got lost in his beautiful eyes, and stoped listening.

Ash smiled cooly. "She's over by the fresh kill pile if you need her." He said. Then padded over and grabbed a small bird and sat down.

Blossom awoke to find the tribe's camp twinkling in the early sunrise. She realized she had slept in, and she was the only cat in the warriors den besides her kithood friend, Lark.

She nudged him and he woke up, lazily blinking the sleep out of his eyes. Lark stood up slowly. "Morning already? My muzzle won't be moist enough if I don't sleep, you know."
Blossom laughed. "Your muzzle is as wet as a fox's tongue. Let's go get some fresh-kill now, Lark."

Gray flexed her claws. She scanned the clearing and saw her brother snoozing quietly in a corner. "Cold," she prodded him. He opened his eyes lazily, a glint of amusement shining in them. "Coming, Gray," he replied, yawning.

"I've saved you a falcon! Let's share!" she picked the limp falcon gently and dropped it in front of her brother.

Wind looked after Ash and her shoudlers dropped and she muttered " He hasn't even noticed me! but Breeze does! And he is nice and....and..oh forget about it! Breeze doesn't even like! I'll die alone!"

Cold eagerly took a bite. It was still warm. "Delicious!" he commented.
Gray beamed. She was glad that her brother was happy.

"Hey," Cloud meowed. "The prey's running well, isn't it?" "Yeah," Thunder agreed, sitting down beside Cold.

"Share?" Cold asked Cloud and Thunder. He was in a generous mood today.

"Sure!" cloud mewed. She sat down beside him. "Thanks," she added. "It tastes great."

Wind padded past them and chose the smallest mouse on the pile, she wasn't hungery and no one ever shares prey with her since she isn't tribe born, they found foun dying in the snow and took her in to raise her. She dropped her tail and her head hung low, as she padded to her normal eating spot, all alone.

Gray noticed Wind. She tore a piece of meat from the dead falcon and padded over to her. "Here you go," she mewed, her eyes shimmering with pity.

"I caught it myself," she continued, settling down next to her.

Wind mewed " Thank you, but if you want you can go back to sharing with your friends. Some one told me that it was for tribe born cats only!"

Gray's eyes flashed with hurt. "No one told me that."

Windy looked at her and mewed " Your inportant! Every one likes you, they look up to you! Even my mentor avoids me! To ever one I'm a nobody and they laugh at me and mock me when I can't catch and eagle! I bet your the best hunter! I....i a nobody!" she mewed sadly " Your so inportant to every one else! I tried to hunt and I missed and nearly fell off a cliff, and my mentor was so embarrased! But your the perfect cat! I....."

Gray gently replied," You're not a nobody. You're Windy. I noticed that your legs were bent wrongly. That's why you missed. Why don't I be your mentor instead? I could teach you."

Windy looked up and mewed " Really?? Thank you so much!"

Gray dipped her head. "When you're finished," she flicked her tail towards the half-eaten falcon. "Meet me at the cave entrance."

Dawnraced up to Gray. "I wanna learn how to hunt an eagle! I can battle too! I wanna be the best! Teach me teach me teach me!" She squealed bouncing around Gray her eyes shining. Ash finished up his prey. "Now now patient. Your only 5 moons. Now get back to bothering some other kits." He said smiling. He licked her forehead and gently nudged her off. Dawn raced away. Ash turned to Gray and Windy. "Can I come? You can both use a good cave guard to protect you two." He said smiling.

Gray dipped her head gratefully. "Sure!"

Windy gluped down the rest of her meal and then mewed to Gray " What are we gonna do???"
