Fire!

Here's the story for this RPG; A group of fierce rouges living in the forest beyond clan territories is threatning to take over the clan territories. Skyeye and Thistleblaze have been missing from WindClan for over a moon. Could the rouges have taken them hostage? Meanwhile, the clans discover that a forest fire starting in the rouge's territory will quickly consume their own home within a week. The Clans must decide whenever to make an alliance with the rouges to survive, or somehow defeat the rouges and get their clans to saftey in time.

Skyeye stared tirelessly at the smoke rising above the trees. It grew thicker all the time, and the recent rain in the area was the only thing keeping the fire from spreading to where she stood in a matter of hours.
"I can't belive I could have died in there." Spring, a rouge she cat who Skyeye and Thistleblaze recently met, repeated for the fourth time. Spring cowered as if the fire was a looming badger standing over her and shivered.
Privatley, Skyeye thought the same thing. She and Thistleblaze had helped Spring and her kits escape from the fire, and Skyeye's side had been burned during the rescue. Thistleblaze, who had minmum medicine cat experince, appiled a poultice to Skyeye's wound, and now the WindClan warrior had a red stained scar streching from her shoulder to her back leg. To her, it was a constant reminder of that awful day.
Thistleblaze sat beside her friend, her eyes wide as she stared fearfully at the fire.
"Give yourself some credit, Spring. From what you've told us, you seem like a very brave cat." Thistleblaze mewed, looking admiringly at the young mother.
Spring had told Skyeye and Thistleblaze of all the times rouges had stealen her food, tried to kill her kits, and how many nights she spent in hiding. Thinking about the injustice made Skyeye sick.
"I suppose. But I wouldn't be here to tell the tale if it weren't for you two." Spring said, gratitude shining in her gaze, and Skyeye wondered if Spring was secretley a kittypet at one time. She certainly didn't have a very threatning aura.
"Save it, Spring," Skyeye huffed rudely, "We better get out of here and look for other recruits."
Spring jumped to her paws, her eyes full with excitement.
"Oh, I can't wait for SunClan to get on it's paws, Skyeye! Once you bring the warrior code to this forest, my kits will be safe." Spring exclaimed. At their mother's voice, the kits started mewling from inside the cave.
"You better go tend to them, Spring." Thistleblaze advised, and Spring, slightly dissapointed that she couldn't come, went into the cave to watch her kits.
"This is so exciting, Skyeye! Just think, soon we'll have clan that we formed ourselves!" Thistleblaze, catching Spring's excitement, eagerly trotted down the hill.
"Yeah." Skyeye said absently. What had she gotten herself into? She would never forgive herself if she bailed on the promise she made to Spring to form SunClan and bring justice to the forest, but what if Honeystar found out what she was doing? Would she be able to go back to WindClan when this was all over?
Then a deep chill went down Skyeye's spine. Past the growing rouges and the fire, would there be a WindClan to go back to?

Honeystar sat on top of hill as he watched the rising smoke from a distance.
How long before it reaches here? he wondered. Will WindClan be able to escape the fire before it consumes the whole territory? Where would we go then? And would we do about prey?! He tried to shake off such terrible thoughts with something else. I Wish I knew what became of Skyeye and Thistleblaze.

Applefur looked around the camp. Where was Honeystar? She looked in the apprentices den. The new apprentices were all talking. They looked up at her. "Have you all seen Honeystar?" She asked. Stormpaw shook his head. "No we havent seen him." Stormpaw replied. Applefur nodded. She backed out of the den. I'll check the territory. She decided. She headed out of the camp and looked around. There on a nearby hill she saw Honeystar looking up at the sky. She did too and saw the smoke. "Oh StarClan help us." She whispered. Applefur climbed up the hill and sat down next to Honeystar. She narrowed her eyes. "May StarClan help us. That fire will spread toward the other clans and then WindClan..." Applefur whispered. Applefur looked over at Honeystar. "What will we do?"

CheeseStar could see the plumes of smoke rising from somewhere near the forest. The smoke had turned the lower clouds an ashy grey, and the air was dry, as if it wouldn't rain for a million years. A small but rapidly spreading fire was nestled in a clump of evergreens, which happened to be quite flamable. Panicked and extremely worried, she climbed down through a thick cloud of smog to check on her fellow warrior friends (Nightfrost!!! Although you don't come on anymore )

Skyeye climbed back up the slope with Thistleblaze trotting beside her. The two friends had covered a large area of the forest, and so far had 5 cats thinking about joining, and 7 cats had chased them off, sharp claws unsheathed. Now the sun was setting behind the vast cloud of smoke, and The two cats, exhausted, hopeful and troubled, were going back to Spring.
Spring heard them coming and came out of the cave as Skyeye and Thistleblaze stretched their sore muscles in the fading rays of sun.
"So how did it go?" Spring mewed.
"We have five considering, 7 already opposed to the idea." Thistleblaze said.
Spring frowned, sitting down with her ears flicking thoughtfully.
"That's no good. I hope more join, because this is a dangerous forest." Spring grunted.
"That doesn't matter for now. What SunClan really needs is a camp that will be safe from the fire." Skyeye said. She knew few of the cats would be willing to leave the forest for who knows how long.
"I guess you're right. You should try looking in the windy hills for a safe place from the fire." Srping suggested.
"Windy Hills?" Skyeye echoed.
"The Windy Hills is in the shadow of the mountains, and it's opposite to the fire. If this wind direction keeps up, the fire will blow right past it." Spring explained.
Skyeye was impressed. She nodded her aproval before entering the cave to get much needed rest.

Crookedpaw ran through the forest to escape the fire but it was to fats soon he was in it.

Sorrelsoul saw smoke rising near WindClan territory. It was probably best to stay away from it.

The next morning Skyeye and Thistleblaze set out again for the place Spring called the Windy Hills. The two WindClan warriors had been walking for two hours when Thistleblaze turned to Skyeye.
"If Spring is right, do you think we could get the clans over there too?" Thistleblaze mewed hopefully.
"If they'll listen. Honeystar won't be happy that we've abandoned the clan for so long." Skyeye said.
Thistleblaze frowned doubtfully.
"I don't think Honeystar is willing to let WindClan get scorched in one of the biggest fires in history just to teach us a lesson." Thistleblaze remarked.
"That's true." Skyeye purred with amusement.

The fire was in Riverclan territory. "Fire!" Streamfur yowled, "Evacuate the camp!" she was rushing the elders, queens and kits out of camp. She had gotten most of the cats out of camp. "Are we missing anyone?" she yowled. "Where's Featherkit?" someone meowed. Streamfur rushed back into camp toward the nursery. The camp had gone up in flames. She ran into camp anyway and headed toward the nursery to find Featherkit mewling for help. Streamfur grabbed her but saw that exit was blocked. The flames were quickly surrounding Streamfur and her kit. There was only one thing she could do. She ran into the fire, trying to sheild her kit from the flames. She made it out of camp, but she was badly burned. She didn't see the rest of the clan, but she hoped that Brightstar lead them away from the fire. She put Featherkit on her back and ran farther from the fire.

When Thistleblaze and Skyeye arrived at the Windy Hills, they were alarmed to see five cats there until Skyeye reconginzed them. It was the cats they had asked to join SunClan. Skyeye boldly walked up to them.
"Hello. Have you considered my offer?" Skyeye meowed, dipping her head respectfully.
"Ah. We were looking for you, Skyeye. We have decided to join SunClan." A dark brown tabby replied, and the cats behind him nodded in agreement.
"Great! We have decided to set up camp somewhere in these hills until the fire dies down." Skyeye replied.
"Let's go!" Thistleblaze yowled, but Skyeye softly batted her over her ears.
"Sorry Thistleblaze, but you need to escort Spring and her kits over here first." Skyeye ordered. Thistleblaze looked dissapointed, but she turned without complaint.
As Skyeye and the recruits made their way up the hills, Skyeye looked over her shoulder and saw that the fire had expanded. It had reached RiverClan territory.
"Great StarClan." Skyeye whispered, shivering in fear.

Brightstar urged her Clan along. "Hurry, everyone, hurry!" She paused, blinking smoke out of her eyes, and froze. "Streamfur! Where in the name of StarClan is Streamfur?" Frostleaf stopped by her, coughing. "She ran back to camp, yowling something about Featherkit." Brightstar lashed her tail. "Great StarClan! Iceclaw! Make sure everyone gets away from the fire!" She shoved Frostleaf forward. "Run, keep running," she called, and raced back toward the camp.

Smoke was everywhere and Streamfur could only see a tail-length ahead of her. She couldn't smell anything because of all the smoke and the crackling of the flames made it hard to hear. "Where is everyone!" she yowled. Streamfur didn't know it but she was getting farther and farther away from the rest of the clan. Featherkit had been coughing and it had just been getting worse and worse. "Don't worry, Featherkit, we'll be out of the smoke soon" she meowed to calm her kit, even though she didn't believe what she had said.

Mossfoot was sleeping in the nursery with her son.She smelled smoke.She grabbed her son by the scruff and ran out of the den.
