Some on another Warriors forum reported it, who had downloaded this re release. When something important gets reported there, I usually tell people on other Warrior forums.
Which reminds me. I have yet another scam of Harper Collins to tell you about.
A fifth seris of Warriors, Dawn of the Clans, is in the making, set back in the original forest and tells how the clans were formed. However, this was orginally intended to be a super edition.
Let's do the math, shall we?
A DOTC super edition would cost $22 average, the same price for a regular warriors book. Now were getting a full fledged DOTC seris, which in total, would cost $132. That's a $110 more than what would cost just for one super edition. Assuming that 1 million people will buy this, HC is going to make 132 million, a little less with what they had to pay to the Erin's. If they kept it as a super edition, they only would have made 22 million, subtract what they'll owe to the authors. Considering how huge HarperCollins is in the publishing industry, they do not need to rip off the people like this.
