Okay! Two cats come from every Clan to join this expedition! Clan leaders are allowed!


Brightstar peers down at her assembled Clan. "All of the Clans are suffering from the lack of no rivers. I, and the other leaders have decided that two cats from each Clan will join the patrol upstream!" She pauses, then adds, "Maplestream, and I will go."

Bluestripe?

Right. Where were we in this thing?

I dunno...

~Eh....... Okay. Everybody's out of the fire and Stonestream is helping Echosong clean up Cloudykit.~

Tawnypelt woke up from yet another nap, and padded up to a small pool of water and lapped it up. OTher cats were still resting, or getting treated for burns and other injuries the fire and smoke caused them. Whitefire was purring gently to the kit Tawnypelt had brought back, but it still looked like a clump of small, sillky tufts of grey fur. "Who's kit is it?" she asked blearily, blinking the rest of the sleep out of her eyes.

~I dunno. What's gonna happen now?~

~It's Ripplefern's kits~

Stonestream padded up from behind Tawnypelt. "It's Ripplefern's. Icestar sent her to the ShadowClan camp before Cloudykit came back. Crystaldance wanted her to lie down on some moss and breathe clean air. If you don't mind, Tawnypelt, can you bring Cloudykit over to Ripplefern? Brightstar and Icestar would appreciate it, I bet."

Tawnypelt nodded and mewed her thanks. She gently picked up the sleeping tuft of fur and carried her over to where Ripplefern was lying, getting tended by the Shadowclan medicine cat.

"Here you go, little kit," she murmured as she set Cloudykit next to his (her?) mother.

Silverstream watched.

Darkfire storms in: "YO WASUP MY HOMIES? I'm hungry....waffles?"

~DARKFIRE! WHAT THE HECK!~

~It's okay, it's okay. Darkfire is like that. It's actually kind of amusing, in fact.~

"Darkfire! Where were you!" Tawnypelt exclaimed. Silverstream bristled in annoyance but kept quiet. "You don't even look burned," she added enviously. Her own pelt was tattered in many places.

~Tawnypelt your online... I'm online... Ozone is online!~Silverstream narrowed her eyes at Darkfire.

*glares at darkfire*c"I'm hungry. I haven't eaten lunch yet."

"Mwahaha!" laughs evilly.

Brightstar rolls her eyes and whacks Max on the head.

You poor thing, Silver!

~Wait, whaaaaaat? Why did Silver suddenly laugh madly and cry?~

"Max, we're all hungry," Tawnypelt reminded him as he grumbled quietly about the faint traces of clawmarks on his black-and-white head. "And cats don't eat waffles either," she added to Darkfire who was still moaning about waffles.

"What a weird group of cats we are," she sighed, then went to look for Cheeseefur.

~My mate has decided he doesn't like this site and left. He is not coming back.~

~Yes. It's very sad. And Silver can be moody...~

You guys know eachother in person?

But, Silver, it's not really a loss. First, I don't think you guys know eachother in real life.
Second, um, we're all like 12 or around that age, no? Still too young to be crying over lost loves.

Third...I think you should go get a cup of milk, some cookies, eat them both, and feel better. I dunno. I'm not an expertise at that kind of stuff, but I tend to slap people when they start getting mushy.

~Back to the RPG~

Tawnypelt listened to Silverstream's story while watching thin tears gather in her Clanmate's eyes. Lizardstripe sat near her, saying something comforting.

"Greystripe," Tawnypelt sighed under her breath. "No wonder he wasn't around when the fire struck."

~Yes. We do. And I am NOT moody! I can't get a cup of milk, I'm lactosintalerant. ~

--sigh--

Why do I always mess up like that? I say something and then someone says "Um, actually..." And then I slap myself and go "Oh great I messed up again."

I can make a list of how many times I screwed up.
But feel better! Maybe Adderfang'll like you better. Anyways, do you know adderfang in real life? Or darkfire? . . . why are you so intent on having a mate anyways? i think only 5 cats on the site have mates...

~So? Think I care what other people do? I like to be different! ~
