One Clan's new advantage is climbing, and the other's advantage is swimming (and holding their breath for about five minutes). The six new cats strangely grow wings! The Clans will never be the same again...

A low, soft purr rumbled from Riverflight's throat. 'So the Mountain cats are finally getting a leader. That cat is not suited for it. We will win.' She picked herself up and soared to the clouds, then headed home to tell Mudwing, her most trusted friend-and her mate. She quickly checked to make sure no cat was following her as she flew through the clouds.

"Or maybe i could lead..." she sighed. She sniffed. Riverflight! "Think about it." she said and flew after the lake cat. Crystalglass couldn't control her anger and her pelt started turning into rock. her wings blazed fire. Her eyes looked of lava. "Riverflight!" she roared.

Nightclaw blinked. "Erhh ... leader? Wow. That's a big responsibility." She sighed. "But if that's what you believe, I'll do everything in my might to help MountainClan." She watched as Crystalglass began to turn into Volcanorock. "There she goes again," the demon rolled her eyes. She flapped her bat wings, and took off after the LakeClan cat and Crystalglass, really having nothing better to do. "Wait for me!" she yowled.

VolcanoRock slashed Riverflight's tail. "Get out of our territory!" she yowled. They neared the border and let the cat go. VolcanoRock started to turn back into her glass form. Now as Crystalglass, she turned and looked at the demon cat. "Should I be leader or you...?" she thought out loud.

Thundercloud woke from his nap in the camp. He stood and stretched, and went out to hunt.

Crystalglass waited for the she cat's decision. How could either one of them lead on such short notice? Nightclaw was one of the smartest and strongest cats in the clan. Crystalglass was deputy so she would have to be leader if Nightclaw didn't want to.

The demon sighed. "Fine. I'll be leader. I'll do whatever it takes to keep my clan safe! Well, we head back to camp. I don't think there's anymore LakeClan cats wandering around here." Turning in the direction of the MountainClan camp, she flew towards it quickly, and once reaching it, she alighted quietly, and padded into the camp.

Bloodeyes had been sleeping for half of the morning, so he decided to go fishing to make up for lost time. He stretched out and walked towards the lake. He didn't want to fly in case a hawk or an eagle claimed him for their breakfast. Once he reached the lake he slipped into the cool water and used his wings to propel himself forwards. A flash of silver suddenly crossed his sight. Bloodeyes turned towards the fish effortlessly and shot after it. He opened his jaws, being careful not to swallow a gallon of water in the process. His teeth closed on the fish's slippery tail and held fast. Bloodeyes stopped and swam to the surface of the lake, then flew up towards the banks, but he was slow and heavy with his sopping wet fur. He collapsed on the bank and dug his claws into the fish to put it out of its misery.

Crystalglass padded onto the MeetingMountain (a rock thats about 11 feet tall). "Attention MountainClan! Nightclaw has taken the role of leader. She will be Nightstar tomorrow morning!" she announced.

Riverflight burst through a cloud, pelt soaking wet. The icy rain felt nice on her burned and bloodied tail. She screeched in delayed rage... but at least she had valuable information. She had discovered something that no other cat knew in her clan. 'But now they have a leader.' She thought, 'And we don't.' She added with a frown. Finally, she reached camp. She swooped down, gliding to the Lakeclan meeting place, Lake Tree, a old, gnarled tree, about 20 feet tall, in the middle of a small pond. "Will all cats able to catch their own prey please come to a Clan Meeting!" She yowled. Cats everywhere emerged. "I have a very important announcement!" She yowled. "I was spying on Mountainclan cats, and found that Mountainclan has chosen a leader!" She decided not to mention that she been injured and had to fight off 2 cats, almost losing the fight. "It is the demonic one, Nightclaw. She will be Nightstar by tomorrow." She paused before continuing. "We no longer want a leader. We need one, or we will never win."
~Side note~ Is there a Lakeclan deputy? If there isn't, can it be Riverflight?

Crystalglass suddenly doubted her choice. "What if she's not up to it?" she thought. Crystalglass flew down and touched noses with Thundercloud.

"Morning," Thundercloud said sleepely, touching noses back. "Have fun while you were out? Why is Nightclaw becoming leader? You're the deputy!"

"I can't be leader. Don't forget about VolcanoRock. If i become her, bad things will happen." Crystalglass stated. She showed her wings of a princess (look up princess twilight sparkle on google images to see them. You can also add crystal pony to the end of princess twilight sparkle for more detail).

"Yeah....I guess, as long as you're happy." He said.

Nightclaw was finally Nightstar. Standing atop the Meeting Mountain, with her wings tucked in, she looked serene and beautiful, like an angel, which she definitely was usually not. She usually looked more like a demon. She sighed. Wonder if LakeClan's getting a leader, too, she grimaced. Yay ...

Bloodeyes stumbled into the LakeClan camp, pelt sopping wet and a fish in his mouth. He noticed the meeting, and dropped the fish. He shook out his fur and joined the crowd as discreetly as he could, but it was hard when his fur was cold, damp and stinking of fish. "What's this about a leader?" he shouted up the tree.

"Thundercloud? Can I tell you something?" she asked. She touched her crystalized tail to his normal cat tail. She took in the nice, breezy air and smiled.
