Flash padded out of the den. The morning air was breezy and warm at the same time. She yawned and stretched her back out. Hawk was standing on the highledge, staring down at everybody.

Name- Shadow of the Prowling Cougar (Shadow)
Description- A massive, bulky black tom with bright gray eyes.
Personality- calm, leader-like, kind of sarcastic, and loyal

Description- A beautiful black she-cat with silver streaking her fur. She has odd, icy blue eyes flecked with gray. Long legged with a lean frame, she is lightning fast and a strong jumper.
Personality- Outspoken and proud. She is wily and clever, stubborn and fierce.

Personality- Very loyal, kind, and forgiving. Her eyes are cool and calculating, and Falcon prefers to act independent like Sandpaw did. If she considers someone a goody-two-shoes, she acts hostile to them

Hawk leaped off the rock and padded over to Panther," Hello Panther!" Hawk dipped his head to the she-cat.

Flash stared around the clearing. Everybody was meweing greetings to everyone. "Hey Hawk!" She called out.

Hawk looked up," Hello Flash," Hawk purred. Hawk stood beside Panther and waited for Flash to come over to him.

Flash padded towards him. "How's today going?" she purred.

"It's going well," Hawk purred back. Panther had padded over to Shadow. Hawk sat down and Flash sat next to him and they talked.

Flash gazed around the clearing. "Today's going well," she commented.

"Very well indeed," Hawk agreed. "Hold on," Hawk brushed his muzzle across her cheek and leapt onto the rock,"Let all cats old enough to hunt and protect, gather her beneath the rock for a Tribe meeting!" Hawk yowled.

Falcon padded into the camp clearing with two fat rabbits, a thin squirrel, and a chaffinch in her wet jaws. She spat out the kill onto the pile with a glint of satisfaction in her devious eyes. Prey had been running awfully low lately. She hoped this would suffice. Her ears pricked as she heard dogs in her distance. She hissed to the mountains, hearing the scent-driven dogs bounding through the clearing. She snorted and padded out of camp back to her tree she had been hunting in all day. She climbed up on it's branches and lay still. She inched up the branch as she saw fat robins appear on her branch. She smiled and inched closer, and prepared to pounce.

"I will appoint the new tribe second in command (Deputy)," Hawk yowled. He watched the tribe gather and wait.

Flash spotted Falcon come in. She mewed a greeting as she passed and went out. She opened her jaws. She smelled magpie! She dropped into a hunter's crouch and leaped. The magpie twittered in alarm and tried to fly up but Flash landed on it and gave it the killing blow. She picked it up, dug a hole and dropped it in and then covered it up. She also caught 2 mice and a rabbit. After that, she couldn't find anymore. She grabbed her prey and carried it back to camp. She dropped it on the fresh-kill pile and started grooming herself.

Hawk called the meeting for the new deputy and waited for the cats to gather.
