Life in ShadowClan

First topic message reminder :

So since ShadowClan dosen't have a lot of Rp's, I thought I'd make one! Since Shadowclan is kind of inactive or small, then other clans can participate (You can come into our land, and be prisioner and stay until you want to leave, or somethiing like that!) So this is just life in ShadowClan, so yea... anyway just start Rp'ing!

Moonblossom walked into camp carrying a large frog. She sighed when so saw someone had already filled the fresh-kill pile with mice. She put the frog on the already overflowing pile. She was walking over to see her friend, Rosethorn, when she heard a comotion at the edge of camp.

"I know, Snowlily, I havn't been feeling great lately," Icestar muttered back. "So, a tresspasser." Icestar straightened her back. "You know, ShadowClan prey isn't really appealing to WindClan cats. And your raw speed would do you no good in catching frogs, since frog-hunting requires fast instincts and quick paws. So, what were you really doing on our side of the border, huh? Waiting to be caught so you could come into camp and spy on us?" Icestar broke down into a bout of coughing, her chest racking from each painful gasp.

Dawnstorm laughed and then sighed. "You think, if I have kits, I would care to spy on you?" she chuckled. "No. It was an accident. Plus, it's nearly new-leaf, what business would I have on ShadowClan territory? We have prey and kits springing from the minute. Anyway, Snowlily, you never answered my question. Sice Icestar is here, I will ask again; since I am weak from being a queen, may I go in the nursery with a guard? I would have no need to hurt the queens or kits, anyway. I'm a queen myself, just as weak with my milk. Plus, I can help care for he kits just until I can leave. And even if I was a warrior, do you think that I would hurt a queen and kits when I have my own?" she purred.

Snowlily sat beside Icestar, shooting her a concerned look that disappeared as soon as it came. She tucked her front paws underneath her tail, while the tip twitched, betraying her uneasiness and irritation with the she cat. "If you truly had no business in Shadowclan and were worried about being away from your kits, you wouldn't have crossed our border and began your hunting over here. The fur around her neck and down her tail bristled and her gaze turned cold and hard.

Blazespirit sat quitely in the Windclan camp. Surely Jaggedclaw had found Dawstorm by now? Her belly rumbled. She itched to burst out of the camp and run back to Skyclan territory but kept still.

~ Can I join? :3 But who do I roleplay as? It would be strange to have a sudden increase in trespassers and prisoners though... ~

Description/Pic: A petite, short-haired white she-cat with a splash of ginger on her nose. Her eyes a dark blue, the color of a morning glory's petals. Her claws are short, but razor sharp and hooked slightly at the tips, enabling her to be a skilled climber. Her strong legs make her fast and a powerful jumper.

OHHH yeah, sorry. I was thinking that this RPG wasn't the one with Dawnstorm found and stuff Anyway, Snowlily, refer to this old post. I just read what you last posted, and you never answered DS ^^

"I smell WindClan!" Pearlpaw skidded to a halt at the camp entrance. Her yowl was muffled by the squirrel she held tight in her jaws, but it didn't matter anyways. Her wide blue eyes were fixed on Dawnstorm. "WindClan cat," she repeated in a low mumble, embarrassed by her unnecessary warning.

Snowlily purred in amusement at her apprentice. Forgetting for a moment that there was an intruder, she stood up and flexed her claws, unsheathing them momentarily. "Pearlpaw, save some energy for training later." She looked back at Dawnstorm quickly before deciding the medicine den might not be such a bad idea with a guard to watch her. "I don't think it would be a good idea to let you near our kits." She paused for a second, staring down the she-cat, "However, Rosethorn can treat you for any injuries or ailments in the medicine cat den for the time being." Snowlily glanced at Icestar, wondering if it wouldn't be a good idea for her to see Rosethorn also.

Dawnstorm began to wash her matted pelt to give it a more sleek texture.
"Alright, then," she meowed between a clump of fur. "I'll stay here
then."

Jaggedclaw sniffed the ShadowClan border suspiciously.
Certainly he could smell some kind of milk from Dawnstorm? He didn't get
a whiff of it. He frowned and looked up, his eyes scanning the dark
pines. He looked at his warriors cautiously, and with a flick of his
tail he crept over the border and began to sniff. He wasn't going to go
very far, just enough to at least catch a whiff of her scent.

"Sorry, Snowlily," Pearlpaw apologized, looking sheepish. She skittered around Dawnstorm to sit by her mentor, her fur still prickling as she cast the WindClan queen distrustful glances. What if WindClan sent her so a patrol would have an excuse to go to ShadowClan territory and visit their camp? Was it all a trap? She started to twitch as wild theories came to her mind, ranging from a WindClan scheme of blaming ShadowClan for kidnapping a queen to perhaps that cat had a ShadowClan mate.

"It's alright." Her voice was calm yet firm. "Before we start your training for today, the moss will need changing in the medicine cat den. We cant have Rosethorn sleeping on dirty moss and when Windclan comes we don't want it to look like we have mistreated our guest."

Dawnstorm glanced at the ShadowClan apprentice nervously. Shuffling her
paws, she padded deeper in the den. She found a small,
comfortable-looking nest at the back of the den and Dawnstorm knew it
was for sick cats. She stepped and sat on it, and looked at Snowlily for
confirmation that she could settle there.

Pearlpaw kept her distaste of the task to herself. "Okay," she meowed, rushing off. The sooner she finished clearing out the dirty moss, the sooner she could train! Deciding to ignore the WindClan 'guest,' the young apprentice scooped up the extra balls of moss Rosethrorn kept in the den and scooted over toward the nests. Her nimble paws flung the dry or dirty bedding out with ease.

Snowlily's only response to the Windclan queen now was a short nod as she watched and waited for Pearlpaw to finish the task. The apprentice seemed awfully eager to get out today. Perhaps it'll do us both good. Snowlily went back to Icestar for a moment. "If you decide you are feeling better, you are welcome to join us. Though you don't seem we'll lately."

Pearlpaw patted down the last of fresh moss into perfection. "Finished!" she cheered, bouncing on her paws. The young apprentice skidded out of the medicne cat's den, throwing up a shower of dust as she stopped in front of Snowlily. "Training now?" Pantherpaw beamed.

Snowlily purred calmly. "Alright but you have a lot to learn about the way we hunt and live still. I guess we had better get started." She looked back at Icestar once more, letting her know that Snowlily's offer was still open. She turned and lead Pearlpaw through the thick, vine-like brambles that surrounded and protected the camp. She picked up her pace, now racing soundlessly through the thick pine trees, gracefully avoiding the mud trails and puddles. She peeked over her shoulder, checking to see that her apprentice had been keeping up with her alright. Eventually she skidded to a hauls in front of a large tree with no leaves. She turned toward the apprentice to allow her to catch her breath before she started her lesson.

By the time Pearlpaw stumbled a stop beside her mentor, her legs were streaked with mud and her belly fur soaked from the puddles. "You have longer legs than me," the young she-cat complained between pants. She stretched out her right foreleg for emphasis, measuring it beside Snowlily's. It was much shorter.
