Appearance- Pure white she-cat with brilliant hazel blue eyes and long, soft white fur.
Personality- Exuberant, yet can crack down and turn mean. Most of the time though she is extremely friendly!
Special Skills- One of the best tree climbers in SkyClan, her apprentices are lucky!

Hazelstar yawned, stretching out of her bed. She glanced down at her warm bed, upset to see it go, but getting up anyways. Once outside, she crosses across the upper clearing and plants herself on the high bridge. A gently draft caused the bridge to swing slightly, but she ignored this. Now where was her deputy? She wondered silently. She hoped that Brookflight had already set up patrols, but she didn't mind if she had forgot. It was Newleaf season, and Skyclan was well fed and fat.

Brookflight flicked her tail as she began to rise. She was recently appointed deputy, so of course she was never awake in time to set up patrols. Her eyes widened as she scrambled out of the brambles covering the den entrance. "Hazelstar!" she yowled, and approached the stretching figure. "I'm so sorry I never got to do patrols. I was sleeping and I-" she stopped dead short, certain Hazelstar understood. She knew Hazelstar wasn't going to be mad, after all, it was newleaf. Plus, she was a new deputy, so really it wasn't easy to blame her badly. Regardless, Brookflight sat down and dipped her head in shame. "I am sorry. Our clan would of probably been wiped out again if it wasn't newleaf," she sighed.

Blazespirit bounded out of the warrior's den. After being cooped up for so long, the fresh air was pleasant. She breathed in and breathed out. Blazespirit padded up to Brookflight. "Brookfight, can I go hunting?" She asked.

Turning her shamed head to the black cat, Brookflight sat up. "I.. I'm assigning patrols now, Blazespirit. I will place you in a hunting patrol when I get to that point. Do me a favor and wake some of the warriors? Everyone who went on patrol last night that just came back after dawn patrol left can stay asleep," she stammered. She just needed around two other cats, but she assumed the cat knew that. The wind slapped Brookflight's soft-furred cheek, sending her nearly off her paws, but she gripped the earth as words flew out.

Hazelstar nodded at Brookflight, "Dont worry! Newleaf is a time of learning, so we shall be ready in winter!" She mewed, flicking her tail back and forth, "Do send some out soon though."

Blazespirit nodded. "Yes Brookflight." She bounded off to the the warrior's den. he poked her head in. "Foxbelly, Wavrenclaw, Bramblesky!" She called. "Brookflight needs you!" She padded back to Brookflight. "I woke up Bramblesky, Wavrenclan, and Foxbelly," She reported.

~ Oh sorry. I guess I'll change that to Minkpaw. ~

"I hate having to wake up early. But it's for hunting! Yay!" Minkpaw smiled, her beautiful faded brown and white coat shining in the Newleaf light.

~Blaze, can you be Minkpaw's mentor?~

~ Sure. ~

Blazespirit smiled. "Yep," She mewed. "Hunting time! Come on. Let's go to Brookflight."

"Um, wait a second." Minkpaw replied. She went into the apprentices den and snorted, "Get up, slugs. Patrol time." She came out, looking happy, then smiled, "Let's go!" She ran out of camp, taking in the fresh scents of the territory. Prey.
