Editing posts?

Okay, so lately I've been having a problem. When I edit a post, it shows all the codes and strange characters, like the real post with color codes and such. Usually it does this, but this time it won't go back to normal. And the panel above with all the editing post tools like boldface and stuff (the options below the description of the title of the topic) is empty and it's just a strip of white. The first time it occurred was on my gallery the other day and most times when I edit a post it does the same.

What do you mean? You're supposed to see the BBcode, unless you are talking about something else.

My panel of options (with Bold, etc.) is working fine. It could have been the bugs which I have just resolved.

Well, yes, but it's not the BB codes. Its more of..... well, it has my post, but a bunch of symbols and strange BB codes are there... but the BB codes are not like [ spoiler] blah blah blah [/ spoiler]. It has '>' and '*' and all those symbols. I'll copy and paste the characters or/and take a screenshot if it happens again.

If it only happens rarely, it's more likely that its simply an internet connection issue. The page wasn't properly loaded and so the scripts weren't fully executed. A simple refresh should solve the problem

Something I noticed when I was trying to imitate the problem you were having on the chat and occasionally with posts was that you guys would forget or miss a button when you would type it in. For example, if you miss the "#" key in the 'color' code you end up with something that looks like this:

"[18:57:25] Snowlily : [color:bae6=0033FF]testing..." Even if you type in the "[/color]" bit at the end you get a coding error and the end gets removed while the ":bae6" is added in.

When you all are using the codes just make sure you are typing it all out n the correct order and that you are not missing something in the code. It's not an error tech can fix. It's just a basic typing error in the codes.
