Tribe of the Burning Embers RPG

What hope is there? The tribe of Burning Embers had been driven out of their camp in a brutal mass killing attack between the neighboring tribes. Stone teller had been killed, kits brutally snatched away from their parents, To-be's slaughtered, Prey Hunters and Cave Guards struck down in a desperate attempt to save cats. In the end, the tiny group of survivors were forced to flee or face certain death.

Fawn sat staring across the desert. A few days ago, the tribe had fled here because of the rival tribes; The Tribe of the Ever Moon and the Tribe of the Rain had allied themselves against the Tribe of the Burning Ember, and railed the forces, and destroyed the tribe.
Basically all of the tribe had been killed....
Fawn got shakily to her paws, her wounds still raw.

Smoke had basically taken over the command of the tribe until the Tribe of endless Hunting told them what to do. She padded to a shady place and flopped down.

Flash paced around. The tribe was very weak. It had to take on two tribes at once, the Tribe of the Ever Moon and the Tribe of the Rain. They had almost destroyed the tribe. Most of the cats were still trying to recover and her own wounds hurt like fire.

Grace was back from a short patrol around their new home. She was still in unaccustomed to the rough sand beneath her paws and the scorching heat but being a prey-hunter, escape was better than a battle. She was one of the only tribe cats unharmed - her speed was too fast for any of the enemy cats to attack.

She spotted her sister in the crowd of injured cats and bounded over, her eyes shining. "Flame!" She called, rushing up towards the flame-coloured she-cat and nuzzling her before she recoiled and gasped," Flame, you're hurt!"

"It's nothing much," Flame muttered, embarrassed by the attention and eyes fell upon the two of them. She stretched her leg and started lapping her fur.

Fawn's body was laced in scratches, but nobody knew how to heal anything.
She limped up to Flame and Grace.
"Flame you should rest. We can't risk your wounds getting infected." She warned, wincing as she flicked her tail that was bitten by many cats.
"But, if you feel up to it, tomorrow I can take you and your sister out to explore the territory." she mewed.

Smoke opened her eye, a deep gash running down her shoulder to her flank had made every movement painful. With a soft hiss of agony, she sat up.

Rain woke up, forgetting she was in the desert and not in her nest back home. As she got up, she was expecting the smooth rock of the den under her paws but felt dry sand on her sore pads. She was in terrible shape. Her back paw had been broken, her eye was swollen, and she had scratches everywhere. She limped outside, wondering if anyone would live or not.

Lightning opened his eyes to see dry sand everywhere. He remembered what happened, and he closed his eyes. The deep wound in his shoulder stung, but that's it. "Morning, everyone." he sighed.

Owl dug himself a fairly deep hole in the loose sand. This was his method of hunting now, taken from the desert predators (I'm just making up something here ). He crouched low, only the tip of his ears showing to capture sounds of prey. Lizards were the easiest to kill, though their taste was foul. Desert cottontails were a delicacy but concealed themselves well. He heard a vulture screeching. It probably caught whatever prey was there already. He sighed and brought his lizard back to their makeshift camp, plopping it in front of the small circle of injured cats. "Eat up," he growled, the heat worsening his mood.

The Stone Teller was the Leader/Healer.

Smoke limped up to her friend, Rain.
"Hey.." She croaked. Smoke and Rain had taken the worst blows so far in the tribe.
Rain had a broken paw, and was banged up around her eyes, and was laced in wounds.
Smoke had a deep scratch from her shoulder to her flank, and one ear had been completely bitten off. Her left eye was swollen.
"You should rest. I'm going out hunting with Fawn in a little bit..." she croaked, pointing her tail to a torbie she-cat with claws that had been torn out, a deep belly gash, but few other cuts.

Flash dug a hole in the ground. The sand was hot and soft. She nestled in and took a nap. When she awoke again, the sun was flaring brightly in the sky. She squinted. "It's so bright," she murmurmed. She got up and brushed herself off. Then she padded back to where most of the cats were gathered.

"Alright." Rain replied hoarsely. Her eye started throbbing and she went back in the cave they were using as a den (is that ok if they're using a cave as a den for now?) and shut her only working eye, trying to rest.

Lightning meowed, "I'll go with you, Smoke. I want to hunt for Rain."

"Can I come too?" Phoenix blinked, her eyes narrowing against the sunlight. It gave her a fierce expression, complete with the fresh wound on her shoulder and a bruised tail. If she had fought with the cave guards, she would've been ripped to shreds. More used to stalking her prey, she had followed her instincts and attacked the enemies from behind, darting around like a minnow. Her claws scraped the ground, remembering the battle with a shudder. The Tribe had been outnumbered two to one. The screaming and yowling, the flash of claws and teeth, the echoing wail of retreat... Phoenix blinked rapidly, focusing on Lightning again.

Flash padded up. "Can I go, too? I'd like a chance to stretch my legs," she mewed, remebering the horrilble battle. She shuddered. She blinked twice because of the sunlight and sat down.

Sun padded along a village (theres twoleg in the wild). A up walker ran at her and she hissed and ran futher into the desert. Her sleek body glided over the bright and warm sand. Her orange fur reflected of the sun making her fur glow brightly. Some what like the sun.

Fawn nodded, and mewed "The more the better. We won't want to risk getting caught." then she added, "They have patrols roaming to capture and or kill survivors." she mewed grimly, getting to her paws, and stretching, her paws were raw and bloody, and her claws were all basically missing, left inside her enemies, or lost in the sand.
"You know what, why don't we go now? They." she mewed they coldly, "Don't like coming out in the heat. But if we find a patrol, we need to head them off. We can risk them finding our 'camp'." she decided, waiting for the others ideas.
