History: When Moonsplash was a kit and apprentice, she was teased because of her size. When her first love, Tigerstripe died in battle, she turned evil. Tigerstripe was the only cat who treated her like a normal cat. She killed her mother to show her power, then her brother, Hailstorm popped out of the blue, and she killed him as well, and hung him on a tree branch, without leaving a trace of who killed him. Her sister saw, and Moonsplash noticed her. Soon enough, Moonsplash killed her by ripping her insides out, ending with her heart. She killed half of Thunderclan, and almost killed the leader. When she killed one of her victims, she accidentally left a tuft of her fur on a branch. When the clan found out, her father killed her in her sleep.

~er. In my earlier post, Shadowstrike told him to do the move, didn't you see that? O.o~

Shadowstrike dodged faster than lightning, years of experience in the forest taking over as he pinned the apprentice to the ground and held down his legs. "Too slow," he hissed. "And too obvious. Do it like this." He swiped toward Brokenpaw's belly so that he would look that way, then leapt to swipe at the eyes with the other paw. "Continue." Shadowstrike then performed a complicated series of swipes, twists, and kicks, even using his tail at one point.

(No o_0 I thought Evil was his mentor. Well, Brokenpaw's being stubborn then. Sorry I didn't see any of your posts. ._. )

Brokenpaw stood, slightly frustrated. How was he supposed to keep up? He swiped at Shadowstrike's belly to distract him as he'd done, then quickly struck at his eyes with his right paw. Then he attempted to copy Shadowstrike's movements and did them with a few errors. He was obviously messier than Shadowstrike though.

~He is? Oops... Maybe they could take turns training Brokenpaw then?~

"Good," Shadowstrike mewed, voice softening slightly. "Let's stop and focus on a few." He slid under an imaginary opponent's belly and hooked the air where its hind legs would be. "The trick to this one is to unbalance your opponent so much that he will collapse so you can scratch him in other places."

Brokenpaw nodded. He tried and slid underneath Shadowstrike, using his claws to unhook his legs from under him. He quickly rolled away before the tom fell onto him.

Eagleflare fell to the ground heavily from the tree. Both she-cats tackling him had made it especially hurtful. Standing painfully to his paws, he shook out his coat. "I was joking. But apparently I am not wanted here anymore. I need to go train anyway." And with that he left the two of them their after struggling away from Maplestar.

Falconstrike got to his paws, breifly nuzzled Moonsplash, and padded off to find his group. "Brackenflame, Eagleflare, Spiderpaw! Get your tails moving before it's sunrise! We need to get some training in! Coldfur, Lightningpaw and Vaporpaw could train together, right? Or with us....you guys are welcom to come." He smiled.

Vaporpaw approached his mentor and the new apprentice. "Hi. Im Vaporpaw." He smirked. "What's yoir name?" Friendliness filled his deep blue gaze. The tom looked away momentarily to watch Silverpaw and Dawnpaw leave.

~How about Shadowstrike can train him when I'm not on~
Evilheart was watching the training from the shadows. He had walked closer while Brokenpaw was practicing a move, and the apprentice rolled right into him. "You better make sure you're not rolling into an enemy during s battle."

"I was joking! You're actually cute.." Icyswirl mumbled as he walked away. She should be used to it, after all, everyone else had done the same thing. The black and white she-cat sighed, before walking away to her hole in a little tree. "He was my only friend, then I pushed him away.. I'm so stupid!" she put both her paws around her head, claw unsheathed.

Eagleflare thought it over and sighed. "Icyswirl! Im sorry..." he yowled. He couldn't see her but knew she was there. "Are we ok?"

"Yeah.." Icyswirl sighed, jumping down from the tree. She say down next to him again, "Want to go on that walk now?" her eyes brightened and smiled up at the to. She elbowed him playfully, "Come onnnnnn!" the black and white she-cat ran ahead of Eagleflare, making it a race.

Maplestar lay on the ground taking in a gasp of air she lay still.

Thistlestrike sighed he dismissed his son to see what that weakling of his had done. He walked to the place his son had ran to. he stared in horror at what lie in front of him he had under estimated his son's power, he would show more respect, he didn't need to die again.

Brokenpaw nodded, flicking his ears. He was careful.

Eagleflare bounsed after Icyswirl, laughing. "You're fast!" He call, panting.

Thistlestrike walked toward the smell of his son and strode there "Eagleflare?" He asked surprised his living son was making freinds with a Dark Forest cat that was Deaf and Mute.

Lightningpaw frowned, realizing too late that he had been preoccupied with watching the hazy, indistinct figures of cats padding through the swirling fog. "I'm Lightningpaw. You?" The brown apprentice gazed back at the grayish tom who had greeted him. Lightningpaw was confident without making too obvious, dangerous without threatening others, reserved, but emitting a quiet power. He usuall hid it with his mock pettiness or dry sense of humor. "Are we training now?" he asked, glancing at the much larger tom sitting next to the grayish apprentice. His mentor? Coldfur cut the apprentice with a piercing gaze, his face deadpan as he answered, "No, Lightningpaw. We're going to frolick through the mist and pick flowers to weave into collars we can wear on our necks." "Really?" Lightningpaw asked with mock excitement. "How lucky we must be." Coldfur snorted. "Shouldn't the apprentices train in groups?" He asked Falconstrike, his demeanor now serious. "That way they can practice their moves on each other, and not seasoned warriors like us."

"Pssh, fast is an understatement," Icyswirl teased, her voice ringing with happiness. She abruptly stopped, hoping it would cause him to fall.

Shadowstrike took a few quick steps forward. "Good," he said. "See this joint right here? It would be more effective if you targeted that. Try again. You're making good progress." The unspoken words which would have gone at the end of that sentence were, "good progress at becoming the most vicious, evil, ruthless warrior in the Dark Forest." Because that was exactly what Shadowstrike wanted Brokenpaw to be.

~Forestblaze, you didn't add Shadowstrike XD~

Brokenpaw's mouth twitched into a slight smirk. "Alright, like this?" He meowed, darting underneath his mentor and tripping him, using his joint this time instead. He rolled out of the way and jumped up, acting like there would be another warrior there ready.

Shadowstrike barely avoided falling on his face, staggering to his feet at the last second (). "Excellent," he meowed without showing his embarrassment and anger. "Now in a real battle, you would follow that up and slice at your opponent's back without letting them up. But let's move on." He showed Brokenpaw how to claw at the nose then follow up by biting the ear. This apprentice was showing some real promise, Shadowstrike thought.

Ravenwing stayed to the shadows, watching the cats train.

Brokenpaw looked proud, but payed attention to his mentor. "It would expose their neck, belly, and back." He added as an observation, then practiced the move on Shadowstrike, knowing that slicing the nose open would either destroy the other cat's sense of smell if the claw went deep enough or cause a lot of pain. Ear bites could just tear ears or tug enemies into position for another blow.

Silverpaw nudged Pantherclaw. "When are we going to start training?" She asked curiously. She unsheathed her claws and slashed through the air smiling.

~WHAT IS GOING ON?! D:~

~All the apprentices are training with their mentors right now. I think ~

"Yes, and that's where you can twist and kick at them with your hind legs, because the swipe at the nose will sting so much you have an opening," Shadowstrike meowed. "In a battle, you have to make use of every weopon on your body that you were born with." He showed Brokenpaw the move again, adding on the twist and kick this time.

"Dawnpaw, do it correctly! Watch again." Moonsplash meowed. She used her old apprentice Longfur as the dummy. Moonsplash tripped Longfur, quickly got up and swiped her paw across her neck. "You try." Moonsplash nodded to Longfur, and she nodded in return. She tripped Longfur, got up too slowly, so Longfur tripped her, got up, and swiped her paw across her neck. "Faster." Longfur meowed. They did it until Dawnpaw mastered it. "You will be leaving soon Dawnpaw. See you tonight." Moonsplash meowed. Dawnpaw faded, and she woke up in her nest. So did Longfur.

After a long night, Ravenwing faded from the murky forest to awaken in her familiar nest in ShadowClan. She breathed a sigh of relief. She was glad she didn't get hurt this time.

"Okay, let's stop," Shadowstrike meowed. "It's almost dawn."
