Mysterious Creature

First topic message reminder :

Cheesefur sniffed the ground, looking for traces of prey. She stopped at an unfamiliar ditch (well, fell in.)
When she got up, all she saw was a huge, wet and smelly print of something not of the forest.

~His/her name is Shrubtail.~

anyways... back to the story before we start ranting/spamming...?
The fox ran its head into the tree, just a heart beat after Nightfrost made the decision to leap off its back. The cats formed a circle around it, ready to chase it off.

not knowing what was going on water walked in and said "hey guys what is going on ooohhhh let me help you get the fox let us go''

Brightstar lashed out at the fox's nose, satisfaction welling inside of her the fox yelped and shrank back.


*Come on, everyone! Kill the brute!*

~And where was I? Hopefully not cowering in fear under the bushes ~

All the cats circled the angry fox, which let out short yaps and snarls. Nightfrost, once again, leapt onto the fox's back, and then other cats came and nipped it's sides, raking across it's stomach, leaving trails of blood. Eventually, after being greatly outnumbered by the cats, fell in an exhausted, dirty, and rather bloody heap.

"Fox blood smells bad," Tawnypelt remarked, wiping her paws on the ground. "But we still have a huge lethal monster on the loose," Cheesefur reminded.

Brightstar sighed dramatically. ( ) "As I said, why don't we kill it? Foxes kill us and treat us in a way that it wouldn't hesitate to kill us, so why don't we treat it back the same way this once?" Rainpsplash (was she even in this?) shrugged. "Any other ideas on how to get rid of this?" She gestured toward the heap of bloody fox fur.

"Bury it?" someone suggested.
"Torture it and let it loose?" someone else suggested.

''don't do that just kill it''

"Well, it's wounded enough that it may not survive, but either way it can't attack us anymore with those injuries. I say we just leave it be and if it's still there when we come by next, we'll just move it elsewhere. If it's gone, just let it be. we can have constant guarding at the camp anyway," Cheesefur suggested.

Suddenly Put_Name_Here and her gang of loners burst in. "We have some very important news for you!" PNH panted. "We have seen a strange creature with brown fur, red eyes, and sharp claws." She cried pointing to a long, fresh scratch down her side.

~Sounds like a demon vampire.~

Sagedapple bristled. "What are loners doing here anyways? Since when did outsiders come to Clan cats for help?"

Even though Sagedapple didn't sound so happy when PNH burst in, Tawnypelt felt a little comforted knowing what the mysterious creature looked like.

"A lot of animals have brown fur and sharp claws-we'll just have to watch for red eyes. Nothing has red eyes...except for this mysterious creature."

~scary music~

"What if PNM saw it wrong?" Stormclaw protested. "It could've been dark amber eyes with the glare of the setting sun that made it red!" He clawed at the ground, glancing up at the sky.

"Because we saw it earlier when the sky was blue. It just took a long time to get here." PNH retorted.

Icestar walked up to the gathering group of cats. "Welcome, PNH. I heard your account. From now on, until the foxthingy is cought, you are welcome to stay here."

"Thank you. You are very kind. We do not nead any sort of bedding at all if all is being used."

"I will get some appprentices to fetch you all some immediatly." Icestar flicked her tail. "Follow me. Its this way to the camp." Icestar led the loners to ShadowClan camp.

yeah. There is some creature in the forest. Silverstream's kit disappeared, we caught a fox and are deciding what to do with it, PNH and the band of loners are staying in ShadowClan camp.

And RiverClan is helping!
Plus, PNM saw scary animal.
