Volepaw smiled at Petalpaw and whispered. "Thanks."

Cloudpaw purred watching Spottedkit. She pricked her ears and looked at Volepaw giving him a puzzled look. "Your leaving so soon? But its a kit!" Cloudpaw mewed softly. "Well, I want to go hunting with Petalpaw. Im so restless and ready to get out of camp too..." He mewed. Cloudpaw narrowed her eyes. "Fine." She growled. She whipped around to looked at Spottedkit and purred.

Volepaw narrowed his eyes at his sister and sighed. Sometimes Cloudpaw can be a pain in the tail. But now I get to go hunting with Petalpaw! He thought happily. "Ready when you are." He mewed turning to Petalpaw with a sly smile.

Ravenbshadow turned around to see Featherfire run away. He got up and wanted to run after her, but then looked at Bellawing. He didn't what to do now, comfort his former mate, or his current mate. Feeling torn, he buried his head between his paws and cried. "StarClan...What do I do now?"

"I'll help Bellawing." Angel meowed, "Don't worry, it'll be fine."

Featherfire kept running until she found her favorite tree from when she was a kit she layed down there. Wanting to be with ravenshadow be knowing she can't. He loved Bellawing and would stay for her not come to run after this cat that had never been cared about.

"Ummm....Thank you Angel." He mewed at the silver she-cat, and started following Feeatherfire's trail. He eventually reached the tree where she was lying under. "Featherfire?" He mewed softly. "Please don't be like this too...." He walked up closer to her.

Angel looked at the lovely she-cat. "It'll be alright, Bellawing. Everything will be okay." Angel meowed. She started to sing a peaceful tune that she heard a bird sing earlier that day, that soothed her. Hopefully it will do the same for Bellawing.

"But Ravenshadow I know you love her more than me. She has never liked me. And if she keeps being like this our kits i will never act like friends nor like brothers and sisters. They will be half brothers and sisters. But if we all act like this anymore this anger will go through our kits. And our kits will be like this." She walked up to him and put her muzzle is his flank "and I will not let this happen as long as I am alive."

"That's not true...I love you just as much as her." Ravenshadow purred reassuringly as he nuzzled her flank too. "I want all of this to stop as well...Our kits should grow up being happy and loved." He licked her behind the ears. "What are we going to do?" He whispered as he wrapped his tail around her belly and rested his head on her shoulder.

"I don't know.I want to be Bellawing's kit's mother but she doesn't like me. I think she doesn't want her kits to even have half brothers or sisters. I think that she wants someone else for you to love other than me." She felt his warm tail around her belly "oh ravenshadow what if Bellawing tries to hurt my kits. I hope i am right that she won't but what idf sshe does."

"Ok, I guess I'll leave you two too the mother and daughter stuff..." Springfall mewed, sighing wearily, and moved to the back, frostily ignoring Goldenstream and Darkfire. And she flicked her tail, and thought Why can't Darkfire admit he doesn't want his kits! He'd rather be with that Goldenstream she thought loathingly.

Goldenstream saw Springfall. "Darkfire... are you ok? I asked you... Springfall said you liked me earlier. Is that true?" Goldenstream meowed, not even looking at Darkfire.

"There is no one else I want besides you and Bellawing." Ravenshadow purred warmly as he rubbed his cheek against hers. "If she is going to give away her kits to me, then she has to understand that I want you there to help me raise them along with our own." He paused for a moment when he heard Featherfire talk about Bellawing hurting their kits then mewed softly. "I don't think Bellawing would do such a thing..." Then his voice changed to a deep growl. "But if she does...Then she would only be making it easier for me not to love her...Though I still believe she would never do that." Looking into her mate's eyes he purred then licked her between them. "We should go back and talk to her, and then make sure we get to the gathering."

Angel looked Bellawing. She meowed, "Oh, Ravenshadow, please hurry." And then started humming the tune again.

Volepaw padded into the apprentices den. "Cloudpaw?" He whispered. Cloudpaw sighed. "I want to go back to ShadowClan and have a nice lizard or something." She mewed with a sigh. Volepaw sat beside her and rested his tail along his sister's shoulders. "To be honest...I do too. Yeah, I'd miss Petalpaw but Pantherpaw and Shadowpaw are both warriors by now." He mewed. Cloudpaw lifted her nose into the air. "I cant scent anyone..." She began softly. They padded up to the entrance and saw the empty camp. "Come on. Lets go catch up with everyone." Volepaw mewed. He raced out of camp followed by Cloudpaw. They ran over the border and into the swamp area. Cloudpaw had even relaxed some. "I like being back in the swamps." She mewed with a soft giggle flinging mud at Volepaw. Volepaw laughed and shrugged the mud off his shoulder. "Come on. They soon were at the border of ShadowClan territory and they could see the gathering place from the small hill they were on. "Volepaw? Cloudpaw? I-Is that you?" Two cats, a huge pitch black tom with deep dark green eyes, and a beautiful black she cat with silver streaks and ice blue eyes smiled. Volepaw laughed. "Hey, Pantherpaw! You grew!" He mewed stepping in front of Pantherpaw. Pantherpaw smiled. "You too. Were the same height. Oh and by the way its Pantherstrike and Shadowsong." He added. Cloudpaw raced up to Shadowsong and nuzzled her old friend. "Great to see you Cloud!" Shadowsong mewed happily. The cats all laughed. Cloudpaw gulped as she gently gazed at Pantherstrike. I cant believe it but I kind of like Pantherstrike...but he's in ShadowClan "Come on! To the gathering!" Pantherstrike mewed. They raced into the gathering.

Beestar watched as Springfall walked away from her and Pheasantfur. She turned back to her mother. "We'll talk more about this at the gathering, will you excuse me?"
"Umm..okay Beestripe..I mean... Beestar." Pheasantfur mewed still in disbelief of what was going on.
Beestar padded towards her mate. "Hey. Is there something you want to talk about?" She wrapped her tail around Springfall's shoulders. Beestar knew they were pretty much late, but she wanted to know what was bothering her mate.

Darkfire looked at Goldenstream. He watched as Springfall walked in front of him, ignoring him. He shot a desperate look at Beestar when she went up to Springfall. He looked at Goldenstream. "I.. I do..," he said softly. He closed his eyes and kept talking. "You're the first cat who I can trust and I've actually talked to you a lot more than anyone else. I.. I don't want Springfall to hate me.. and I think she thinks that... if we become mates I'd.. I'd.. leave my kits.. I wouldn't ever do that.. I love my kits even though they're not born yet and.. I'll always love them.." His voice trailed off. He opened his eyes. They were filled with hurt but it felt good to finally say that.

Silvermoon looked around. It seemed like a bit of drama was happening. "I hope we get there soon," she said to Crystallight, keeping her eyes on her brother and Goldenstream.

Dovewing walked off towards where they had found Shadowflight. When she got there she saw Angel standing over Bellawing. "Oh no!" she called racing to Bellawing. "Kits?" she asked looking at Angel. She sat down next to Bellawing and comforted her.

"Yes, she's in labor." Angel replied to Dovewing.

"Darkfire, I like you too, but... Your kits need you, and I respect that. You need to father them. I would never keep you from that." Goldenflame meowed, "It wouldn't hurt me one bit."

Darkfire looked at Goldenstream. Relief filled his eyes. "Thank you..," he whispered, turning his gaze back to Springfall. Beestar! Make her understand PLEASE! he thought whishing that he could send mind messages.

Dovewing looked at Bellawing. "Everything's gonna be okay Bella," she soothed.

"The only thing keeping us apart is Springfall not understanding... Should I go talk to Beestar?" Goldenstream meowed, looking at Darkfire.

"Er.. we should both go.. I guess," he said. "Or I'll go." He stepped forward then paused.

Goldenflame noticed that Darkfire hsitated. "Is there something wrong?" Goldenflame asked.

"I.. I'm wondering if I go up there.. will Springfall storm off..?" he said. He looked at Goldenstream then looked back at Beestar and Springfall. He took a deep breath and walked to Beestar. "Beestar.. Can I speak to you please?" he asked looking at Springfall with a desperate look.

Beestar looked at Darkfire as he walked over to her and Springfall. "Of course Darkfire. Now will someone here tell me what's going on?" She looked at the two cats and then at Goldenstream. StarClan..We're not even at the gathering and already there is too much drama going on. She made a quick glance at her mother who was still starring at her and her clan mates.

Goldenstream spoke up for Darkfire, "Springfall hates me and Darkfire because- because we like each other, but he told me that he has to look after his kits, and I said in these exact words, 'Your kits need you, and I respect that. You need to father them. I would never keep you from that.', but Springfall doesn't understand, and we thought you would talk to her." Goldenstream meowed, looking at Beestar hopefully.

Beestar looked at Springfall and then at the others. "I see..." She paused for a moment to look at her mate, their 'kitting-mate', and the beautiful golden she-cat. "Darkfire...I honestly didn't know that you cared this much for our kits, and I am very glad that you show such an interest in being a father. But...I really don't see any reason why you can't be with Goldenstream as well. If the two of you like each other, then you have my blessings.''

Goldenstream's eyes lightened up. "Thank you, Beestar." She said cooly, though inside, she was jumping up and down, happy as can be.
