"I was going there anyways." Falconsight retorted as he followed them.

"Fine." Fallensnow meowed sadly as she followed the cats.

Sorrelwind and Wingfern followed.Feathertail and Bluestar followed to."What will Yellowfang say?"Wingfern asked Bluestar."I don't know."Bluestar told him.

"Hi, Wingfern. Yellowfang said we're training apprentices like the Dark Forest is doing." Fallensnow meowed, then she padded away.

"I'll get Spottedleaf," Rippleheart announced suddenly. "Shimmerfur, do you want to come with me to spread the word?"

Shimmerfur nodded, his eyes sparkling. He ran off to spread the word.

Goldenpaw was frolicking in the meadow, chasing a butterfly. All the adult cats were rushing about, taking no notice of the bunnies bounding through the meadow, or the warm sunning rocks, or Goldenpaw. Ah, maybe she would take a nap next.... Goldenpaw yawned. Yep, she would definatly take a nap next.

Hailpaw and Stonepaw padded into the clearing. "Father...killed..us." Hailpaw mewed, stunned.

"I'm sorry about that, but I have many worries." Fallensnow mewed, looking at the apprentices with a sympathetic look in her eyes.

"That's fine. He's just in denial." Stonepaw shrugged. Hailpaw frowned sadly.

Falconsight growled lowly. "What kind of father would do such a thing?!" Painful memories of how he sacrificed himself to protect his own kits filled his thoughts. He still wished he had been around when they had grown up.

"An evil one. " Stonepaw replied. Hailpaw nodded as if he finally accepted that his father was evil.

"Poor apprentices," Rippleheart mewed sympathetically.

Stonepaw shook his head. "I'm glad we're finally away from him."

"My father killed my mother, than my father killed himself becuase of what he did. Then my kit has no mother, so I think I have had worse things happen in my life then a father killing his kits." Fallensnow growled. "I'm sorrry if I sounded mean, I'm usually not like this..."

"No, we understand." Stonepaw and Hailpaw said at the same time.

Rippleheart cocked her head, gazing at the two apprentices. Abruptly, she mewed, "Do you two know of the Dark Forest?"
