Breezefeather was sitting by Flamecloud in the medicine den, her breath coming in short rasps. "I'll be watching you from Starclan, Breezefeather" Flamecloud meowed. "No! Don't talk like that! I won't let you die!" Breezefeather meowed. Flamecloud coughed and meowed, "It's my time to go Breezefeather, and I'll always be watching you." Her breathing slowed more until it stopped and Breezefeather let out a long sorrowful yowl, tears streaming across her cheek. She buried her face into her mothers fur.

Blackheart was sitting on top of the clouds, licking her paw calmly, wiping off the blood.

Silverstar was in her den playing with a pebble. She then went outside to see her best friend, Riversong. "Hi Riversong!" Silverstar meowed.

RIversong padded up to Blackheart and meowed "Blackheart....is that blood on you're paws...?"

~SHe is SIlverstar's friend but Mostly Blackheart.~

Darkcloud padded out of the warrior's den, his fur ruffled and stormy eyes dazed. He produced a large yawn and stretched.

Breezefeather was still mourning for her mother and the cloud beneath her became dark and started to rain.

Darkcloud gazed sympathetically at Breezefeather.

Blackheart chuckled. "Yes," she smirked. "Had to chase of some intruders."

"Are they gone?" Darkcloud asked.

"I'm sorry Breezefeather. I did everything I could to save her, but it wasn't enough..." Birdsong trailed off. It started to sprinkle. "Quick, we need to bury her! Before the rain falls too much harder!"

"Yes," Blackheart flexed her claws, getting to her paws gracefully. Her eyes flashed. "They won't forget me easily."

Darkcloud chuckled. "With the scars you probably gave them, I bet not."

Blackheart glanced at Darkcloud, and nodded, almost approvingly," That's right."

"I'm going hunting, anyone wanna come along?" he asked.

"Everyone, I have some news!" Silverstar called, "I have just recieved the news that Flamecloud is dead." The rain then stopped. "We are burying her now and we will sit a vigil for her."

"I'll come," Blackheart offered, brushing against Darkcloud.
