"Hello, Scourge. I'm Fadingstar, leader of TigerClan." Fadingstar introduced himself to the kit, smiling warmly.

Scourge glanced at Fadingstar and mewed " You guys have some crazy names!" then he smiled and settled into the curve of Whipersoul and he soon fell asleep, and Whispersoul mewed to Fafingstar " He must be pretty tiered from his journy!"

"Yes...should we rename him and...raise him as our son?" Fadingstar asked.

Whispersoul didn't take her eyes off the kit, but she nodded and mewed to her mate " Yes, I would like that Fadingstar!"

"It's his decision though..." Fadingstar murmured.

Cheetahstar unsheathed her claws and watched. Horror in her heart staring at the kit. "Fadingstar, Whispersoul. My medicine cat has spoken to me about that name. That kit should never have been born." Cheetahstar said with a low growl.

Leopardstar arrived at the gathering with her deputy and other warriors and apprentices. "Whats going on?" she meowed when she saw the other clans looking at a small kit.

Fadingstar looked at Cheetahstar, his pale silver eyes furious. "He's my son. I will NOT tolerate you speaking like that about him. He was meant to be in this world as much as any of us." he growled, tail lashing.

Whispersoul bristled, and then shook her head and mewed " Come on, we really don't need any more fighting, and its a gathering!" Then Whispersoul mewed furiously " Cheetahstar.....some thoughts are better kept to themselfs! Plus, I don't want my son to be judged because of his name! You have no right to say that!" then she whipped around to Leopardstar snarling " Cheetahstar is judging this poor kit because of his name!" she voice steely cold, and then she whipped around to her mate and growled " Fadingstar, can a few warriors escort me back too camp, Scourge and I need rest!"

"Please allow me to explain. It is not his name. It is his soul. You'll see. And Fadingstar he just came out of a bush and suddenly you make him your son?" Cheetahstar snarled and shook her head. She padded over to Runningwind. His eyes widened. "No way. The prophecy is true than Cheetahstar?" She nodded gravely.

Silverfeather padded up to Fadingstar. "What's going on?" she asked.

~No problemo!~

"Nothing. There was just a small....arguement." Fadingstar replied, his eyes still burning.

"Please calm yourself, Fadingstar." Firesoul warned his brother, his green eyes soothing.

Whispersoul looked at Silverfeather and hissed " Cheetahstar said to this incoent kit he should of never been born because she doesn't like his name!" Then she flicked her tail and the three warriors flanked her and she mewed gratefully " Thank you!" then they headed off into the darkness.

Firesoul sighed. "I think they were just telling of an omen...". Fadingstar frowned. "I'll forgive them...but if they say another negative comment about my family, all forgivness is gone." he decided.

Bramlwhisper padded to Fadingstar and commented " I just hope they would attack him and hurt him!" her jelousy of Whispersoul shown rawly in her amber teal eyes. " Whispersoul always did have a bad judge in personailty." Bramblewhisper growled about Whispersoul, her own sister. " Mother was right, Whispersoul will lead us into destruction." her voice sneered and her eyes burned with hate, and she hissed to Fadingstar, her leader " You know....if you and I were mates this would of never happened!" her eyes blazed, she still hated him for leaving her for her lovey-dovey sister Whispersoul!

Fadingstar looked to Bramblewhisper. "I know I hurt you...but please do not talk about Whispersoul like that." he warned. Firesoul glared at Bramblewhisper. "Go away. He chose your sister, deal with it." he growled.

Bramblesoul glared at Firesoul and hissed " Easy for you say Firesoul, you've never had your heart broken by a cat your thought to leave your life with!" then she snarled loud enough for every cat to hear " I will never forgive you Fadingstar! Infact I think I might leave Tigerclan! I've suffered in silence for long enough! What Cheetahstar said is true! SCOURGE shall end Tigerclan!" then she turned to Cheetahstar and mewed " Cheetahstar, forgive me for not talking further about this, but I would like to join Cheetahclan.I need a fresh start, not more time living in the shadows of Tigerclan declared an outcast by my friends and family! So please take pity on me....."

"If that's what you wish." Fadingstar mewed.

Cheetahstar smiled and raised her head. "We wont leave you as an outcast in CheetahClan. You will be even stronger living in CheetahClan rather than TigerClan. Welcome Bramblewhisper. Its an honor to have you." Cheetahstar declared. "Now Fadingstar enough please. Its time to start this gathering. Cheetahstar raced to the Leader's rock like the wind jumping on it and yowled. "All clans! We will be starting the gathering!" She yowled.
