I tried to learn japanese from a friend last summer. I can count to ten!

Hm, I'm switching the topic now. I know I haven't been on lately... I'll try to more often, but then again I'm also trying to limit the time spent on my laptop.

Today was the first day of school for me! I'm in the same class as CheeseStar. I'm pretty happy with my class, but my other friend is really...er...well, she used some profanity describing the other classmates and the teacher.

I think she's overreacting.

Hazeldust~! yes, we are in the same class. our teacher has taught all grades except for grade three, so she sometimes uses primary skills on us, like clapping her hands to get our attention. o.O she even read us a picture book about conquering your fears!

The first day for me is tomorrow and I'm really not looking forward to it.

we've got gym tomorrow. and it's raining, apparently. it's really cold these days, all of a sudden. seriously; today, everyone came in jeans and some people brought jackets and WORE THEM. o.O

Really, it was like 101 today for me! lucky!

i am really excited for school tomorrow! I hope Icetail is in some of my classes

there's one new student this year. our old teacher came back this year. she was all like "i missed you!" to nightfrost and her class but when me and Hazeldust said hi to her, she was like "oh, hi..." -goes back to reading papers- and such. recess was exciting, but not fun. poo.

Once you get to middle school or high school, there's no such thing as recess.

Funny thing though, in college, you actually have recess again (also known as break or free periods)

It was fun, weird, boring, tiring, awesome...

just lots of ways to express it. Just wish it was a bit better than it was since I had BAD LUCK yesterday O.o >.<

My school started three weeks ago. o_O Why did you guys start so late?

I went to school today! It was horrible! I don't see any of my friends except for Rainfeather!

does any of your schools have good food? I hate cafeteria food sometimes

It wasnt that bad Icey! We have P.E. together!! But thats it.. *sigh* Well its certainly not going to be as good as last year..

It was pretty chilly. I saw one little kid and automatically thought *overprotective mom*

He was wearing snowpants. It's September, lady! Poor kid. It warmed up a bit later.

Recess...it seems to lose it's magical excitement as the years go on. Maybe because the ladies on duty give us dirty looks when we run around and such. And I wish some people wouldn't be so...hm, there's no word. Maybe just simply not fun anymore.

Not childlike-they don't know how to have real rough-and-tumble fun. Just stand around, gossip, and crack sarcastic jokes is what makes 'fun' now. Guess it's rubbing off-I tend to say a lot of sarcasm. Oh yeah, and cracking 'inappropriate' jokes is what some people do for fun.

Me? I'm having daydreams about kites and hide-and-seek and squirrels and leaf piles and pumpkings and climbing trees and rolling down hills and throwing pincones and having relay races and tug of war and such.

Yeah.. ok this is really quite random but my PE teacher looks exactly like my othodontist!! I think they are sisters or somtin..

I guess thats how my school district works.

Anyways, my second day today and it was better than the first. I had better luck this time but my bus keeps being late! I missed Homeroom today and had to go right onto 1st period. >.<
