Cats of the Clans: Journey to Lakshmi Valley

Honeystar detected a strange familiar scent in the breeze as he was lying asleep outside the entrance of the Leader's Den. Golden Shower tree blossoms ! Memories of Lakshmi Valley began to flood in his mind. "Hey look at that!" mewed Peachkit. Opening his eyes finally, he couldn't believe what he was seeing. Thousands of yellow flowers came snowing over WindClan Camp across the morning sky. Everyone stood in awe as they watched as petal after petal began touching the ground. "Isn't that beautiful Honeystar," said Lotusflower as she sat next to him. "Have you ever seen anything like this before?"
"Yes." he replied. "This is a Kani Kannal , a 'lucky sight or gift'."

Applefur smiled warmly and looked around "hmmm I wish we could leave soon. I cant wait!"
Applefur cocked her head in thought Should I ask? She shook her head What was she thinking? She must be patient. She was a warrior! She sat down and waited patiently watching the beutiful yellow flowers float among the cats What a miracle to see. I should be grateful for everything She smiled to herself and waited watching the flowers

~Applefur I guess she can come too. OK, better get this thing going now.~

"Very well then Rivershinne. We leave tomorrow at dawn, so you might as well stay here."

"Honeystar I'll make her a nest in the warriors den."

"Thank you so much."

"I`m going to go catch a fish."

Rivershine padded out of Windclan camp licking her chops.

Only 5 minutes later Rivershine padded back into Windclan camp with a juicy carp in her mouth.

Applefur walked out of camp and colected some moss and heather. She would make a very comfy bed for Rivershine. She padded back to WindClan and ducked into the warriors den. She found a spot next to her nest and started to make the nest plucking out thorns.
There Im done She felt happy for helping her. She padded out of the warriors den and decided to go hunting.

Applefur watched her padd in the camp with the carp. She padded up to Rivershine.
"Wow that was quick!" Applefur was impressed

"Thank you Applefur." Honeystar nodded warmly. "Now all WindClan Cats who are going on the journey should stay in camp and help make preparations. Fernleaf. You, Sagedapple, and Hawktalon can go gather up traveling herbs for us. Boomerleap, you can set up a border Patrol, and Brumbytail a hunting patrol."

WOW! That nest looks comfy.

Rivershine padded over to Honeystar,"Can I help?"

"Of course you can Rivershine. You and Applefur can maybe take my kits out to the training area they made. That way Lotusflower can get some much needed rest, without any worries. I'm sure you've probably remember my daughter Honeykit right? She's the one who stayed behind in RiverClan Camp [for two weeks] to heal her leg from the pike attack."
"Hey Rivershine!" The golden kit [who resembled a lot like her father, but with her mother's sky blue eyes] mewed as she ran towards the young RiverClan Warrior. "Look how strong my leg has gotten! How's Riverkit doing, and Robinkit, and Icekit, and Rowankit, oh and Rainsplash?"

Nightfrost noticed Rivershine talk briefly to Brightstar, looking all excited. Then Brightstar nodded and Rivershine dash out of camp. Nightfrost walked up to the leader.`What was that about,` (keyboard not working properly, no questionmarks now) she asked her leader. `Oh, Rivershine has followed WindClan to explore these new flowers that have sprung up near WindClan.`` Nightfrost thought this a little weird and decied to follow her.

Apparently they were leaving tomorrow, at dawn. So Hazeldust curled up around a small shrubby bush because there weren't any trees to sleep in. Briarpaw was off stalking some dandylions because she had nothing better to do. The small cat came racing back, announcing that she was going to hunt somewhere else. Padding away, Briarpaw heard rustling and saw an unfamiliar RiverClan cat.

"Er,hi?"

Brightstar watched Nightfrost trot away. "Bring back some fish later, would you?" she called.

Back in WindClan camp as the cats were making preparations for the journey Applefur decided to go hunting. She padded out of the camp enjoying the wide open space the wind in her fur. She lifted her muzzle and scented rabbit. She dropped into a hunter crouch and hide behind some heather. The rabbits back was turned away from her. She half raced half leaped from her spot. The rabbit raced off. Easy She quickly picked up the pace her long hind legs helping her run a lot faster. She caught the rabbit and give it a quick bite to the neck. Awesome! A nice plump rabbit for the clan she padded back to camp with the rabbit dangling in her mouth her head raised high.

"Oi Applefur," Brumbytail called out, as she and her hunting patrol were returning to camp. "I saw you catch that rabbit back there. Your sprinting-pounce was rather impressive!"

~just a warning guys, don't post things in a row. either edit your last post, or just don't post it if it's pointless. like honeystar said before, it's okay if people doon't know that you have to go. it's spam and you can actually be punished for it ( ) so yeah... just a small warning before the trouble begins. ~

The day quickly turned into night, and then it was dawn! (seriously, we already have too many cats and we haven't even gone anywhere.) The group ate their traveling herbs up and set off in the direction of the flowers (this isn't god-modding right?)
