New WindClan Leader?

I know that people don't really like topics about new Clan leaders and things like that, but Birdstar hasn't been on in a long, long time. I was thinking that a new WindClan leader could be chosen. WindClan has no medicine cat, no deputy, basically no leader, and very little recent participation in events on WCF. I have joined here almost exactly a year ago and I've only met Birdstar once. She has a lot of preoccupations in the real world like dance so I don't really think she'll come back to WCF. Also when I try to contact her I can't.

So yeah. This is nothing against Birdstar at all, but I just think it would help WindClan to have an active leader once again.
