Hey guys, I'd love to join a clan, but, I'm a bit clueless how to... Can someone help? (I know this is a really stupid question, so please don't hate me!)

It's not a stupid question, I couldn't figure it out either when I first joined. 
It looks like you're already apart of a Clan, since your name is bold and yellow, like mine, which means you're ThunderClan. I think you might be looking for a badge/rank instead of it saying loner. To get that, lock this topic and ask for a ThunderClan badge in the Help Section.
