why is windclan so awesome?

Windclan sounds nice. I need info on both windClan and fireClan to figure out which one to join. Who's the leader of WindClan and FireClan?

Swiftfire- Lotus-star is the leader of WindClan, and Darkstar is the leader of FireClan. I don't know much more about that, so you'll have to do research on your own. Goood luck finding a clan!

WindClan is Independent and Loyal. We live along the grassy highlands where we hunt rabbit (and the occasional vole, mouse and pheasant). We are like the horses that live near us [and actually my Chinese Zodiac is the Year of the Horse], swift, powerful and free-spirited. We face our enemies out in the open to battle. At night we sleep with the Silverpelt over our heads, giving us a sense of connection to Starclan.

WindClan is pathetic

Well a Maelstrom is a really violent storm(/whirlpool/hurricane?). I'm guessing Zephyr is anything light and soft mainly fabric (yarn). Awesome.

Erin Hunter wanted to make a Clan that owns all. Therefore, she thought of the name WinClan. Realizing that WinClan wasn't a proper name for a Clan, she changed the name to WindClan. Thus, WinClan WindClan was born.
