This is no fairytale. It is all that is known about Noxe, she who was once Rubysnow, of blood and frozen tears. Now she has come to a new life among the shadows. Read now the story of Noxe, the story of Night.

Hobbies: Exploring, sparring, hunting with her sister, training/talking to novices

Appearance: Medium-sized she-cat with sleek, short black fur that glints glossy blue in the sun’s rays and paling silver toward the inside of her ears. Has pale spring-oak-leaf eyes which pale or darken on a continuum of green-gold to dark pine depending on her mood, through which threads of gleaming gold weave, sprinkled with glitters of pine-green; this is the only distinguishing feature from her twin Nocte. Her fur pales toward her chin and she has a long tail. When swimming, her fur is pitch black and pure shadow. Well-muscled, yet surprisingly fast and agile in battle with dangerously sharp silver claws that have left almost no survivors.

Personality: Sociable with friends, she is witty and wise, at first cautious with newcomers and outsiders until she gets to know them better, then treats them according to personality. Moons of experience on guard have trained her to read faces in Masqueraders, strangers, and enemies alike. Sarcastic when irritated, but generally calm and able to control her emotions well. Very close to her sister.

Special Traits/Strengths: Strong and swift, has fast reflexes and good stamina. Swims well and is a good hunter. Has good accuracy when landing blows. Knows territory as well as her sister. Treads softly and is small enough to fit into some tight spaces or duck under an enemy's claws.

Weaknesses: Fears fire and cannot camouflage with the shadows well enough to qualify for a Shadower. Sometimes misjudges cats, and is misjudged herself as a brutal killer.

History: Mostly unknown, although rumors say that her former Clan was one of the forest-dwellers. She came to the Big City at a young age, and lived alone with her twin sister Nocte, for several months, until she joined the Masqueraders. Though she is a good hunter and swimmer, it quickly became apparent that fighting was one of her great strengths. She became a seasoned and trusted Sentinel.
