Friend Banned? Empty Friend Banned?

So, StarGazer was banned for as reason she did not understand. I have PMed Dragonclaw about this a long time ago, and I feel that I've waited for long enough. StarGazer was banned for copyrighting something, if I remember it correctly, but what did she ever copyright? Why was she banned?
