Sunpaw's Warrior Ceremony.

~Just Skyclan Cats.

Hazelstar sat comfortably along the High Bridge, looking down upon her clan. They mingled, oblivious to the meeting she was about to call. According to Pheonixflare, Sunpaw was ready to become a warrior. Padding to the edge of the bridge, she curls her tail around her paws, letting the sunlight hit her fur just right. It was a nice day to become a warrior, just like my ceremony. She thought, smiling. Suddenly, she lifts her head, and yowls so that her clan, and the proceeding area can hear, "Let all cats old enough to climb their first tree gather here beneath the High Bridge for a Clan meeting!"

Phoenixflare lifted her head up as Hazelstar called a clan meeting. She bounded down from the warriors den and padded to sit beneath the High Bridge.

Sunpaw sat looking up at Hazelstar "I will finally be warrior!" Sunpaw thought. Sunpaw was so happy she didn't know how to express it. So she just smiled and stared at Hazelstar.

Emeraldsky looked up at High Bridge and realized that he was a little behind in Clan gossip. He lashed his tail in annoyance. He had been coopednup in the medicine den soaking, drying, sorting, repeating. He needed an apprentice to keep up with him. All the SkyClan apprentices were being trained to be warriors. He growled deep in his throat. He would just have to wait there for some kits to be born and have an interest in medicine cats.

Dappleleaf padded out of the nursery. "Finally, my little sister is a warrior!"she mewed happily. She sat underneath the highbridge.

Sunpaw couldn't wait to be a warrior. She might even get her own apprentice one day. She could become a queen and find a mate.There was so much she could finally do!

Dappleleaf sat next to Emraldsky. "I'm soo excited for my little sister!"she mewed. She scanned for little sister.

Phoenixflare padded over to SUnpaw, her kits tumbling around her paws. "Ready to become a warrior?" she purred. "You did a fantastic job in training. There's no doubt you'll be a great warrior."

Emeraldsky looked at Dappleleaf. "I would be too." He mewed. He stared ahead at the base of the rock as if expecting something to spring out of them.

Dappleleaf shifted on her paws. It was uncomfortable with all these cats around her.

Phoenixflare waited patiently for Hazelstar to carry on with the ceremony.

Dappleleaf grew tired of waiting. She became impatient. She flicked her her ears and twitched her tail.

Bramblesky padded into camp and deposited his prey quickly then sat beside his mate,Phoenixflare,"Have I missed anything?" Bramblesky whispered.

"Thank you Phoenixflare!" Sunpaw said happily. She was anxious to become a warrior. But she waited patiently for Hazelstar to carry on.

Bramblesky looked at the almost new apprentice," I heard how great you did,' Bramblesky murmured," You'll be the best warrior the clans have ever seen," Bramblesky purred happily.

Emeraldsky got up and bounded over to Pheonixflare. "Hello." He mewed. "Its quite exciting to be close to having a new warrior in the Clan, we're always getting more mouths to feed." He looked around.

"Thank you Bramblesky!" Sunpaw said happily. She grew very impatient now for her warrior ceremony to carry on.

Bramblesky purred then looked up," Hazelstar is taking a while," Bramblesky had an edge of impatients to his tone.

Hazelstar waved her tail happily as the Skyclan cats joined beneath the High Bridge. She spotted Sunpaw in the crowd, and smiled. "Before I get down to business, as you all likely know, prey is plentiful, and the skies are great so don't be shy to soak in some sunlight!" She purred, lifting her head slightly, "This meeting was mostly called because a certain apprentice has served her time as an apprentice, and according to her mentor, she is ready to move on as one of our beloved warriors! Sunpaw, would you care to join me up here upon the High Bridge?"

Eaglestrike sat beside the high rock, very proud of SkyClan. It was growing very well, and soon, it'd be one of the strongest clans! Sunpaw definitely deserved to be a warrior, she'd been a very hard-working apprentice, she proved herself worthy over and over. She's going to be an extraordinary warrior, he thought, admiring the young she-cat. Though silently, he was praying for another apprentice. His first apprentice, Oakpaw, had chosen to become a medicine cat, soon after earning his warrior name, Oakleaf, and a little whole after, he'd mysteriously disappeared. Eaglestrike shook his head, paying attention to the present.

Phoenixflare sat quietly. She was super proud of Sunpaw. Sunpaw was a great fighter and hunter, and learned quickly. Skyclan was growing into to one of the strongest clans! She twitched her tail and looked up at Hazelstar and waited for the ceremony to continue.

Dappleleaf was super excited. She rememebered back to ehen she became a warrior. She didn't quite like all those cats staring at her. She flicked her tail and waited for the ceremony to go on.

Sunpaw sat up tall and stared at her Leader. She was elated now was her time to become a warrior and maybe get an apprentice one day!

I deeply apologize for not replying. I've been super busy with school, and stressed out and everything. I would have replied sooner, but I've been stormed upon with homework upon homework. ;w;

Hazelstar smiled at Sunpaw, before directing the clan again, "I, Hazelstar, leader of Skyclan, call upon my warrior ancestors to look down on this apprentice. She has trained hard to understand the ways of your noble code, and I commend her to you as a warrior in her turn." She yowled, letting her voice hang in the air before addressing Sunpaw, "Sunpaw, do you promise to uphold the warrior code and to protect and defend your Clan, even at the cost of your life?"

No problemo Hazel!

Phoenxiflare purred. her apprentice was finally becoming a warrior. She nodded at Sunpaw and gazed at her expectantly. She twitched her black ears and looked at Gingerblaze. "She's a great apprentice," she whispered. "Someday, you'll get an apprentice of your one," she purred. "If you want one," she added. Her long black tail lay neatly curled around her paws and her four kits were almost old enough to be apprenticed. They could take care of themselves. Her sharp amber gaze rested on Sunpaw for a moment before converting to Hazelstar.
