RiverClan Camp

First topic message reminder :

Brightstar sat down in the clearing, lickinf her chops. The water vole had been particulary fat and juicy. She stretched in satisfaction. The camp was well-guarded. No cat other than RiverClan would be allowed without invitation!

Brightstar waved her tail. "Streamfur is moving to the nursery, and Mossheart's kits will also become apprentices soon!"

"Congrats!" Morningsun cheered.

~Of course I'll accept!~

Streamfur touched noses with her new apprentice.

~Are there any kits that are about to become apprentices? I'd like to have an apprentice! ~

Iceclaw licked Streamfur's ears. "Congratulations," she purred. "Your first apprentice!"

"Actually it's my second." Streamfur meowed, "Tigerspirit was my first"

"Wow! I envy you!" Iceclaw widened her eyes in surprise.

"Maybe you'll get one of my kits when they're ready." Streamfur meowed.

Iceclaw's eyes brightened. 'Really? That's great!"

Dragonflight gathered underneath highledge.

Streamfur peeked her head into the apprentice den and meowed, "Rowanpaw! It's time for training!"

Willowmoon padded in and began grooming her pelt.

~This is kind of dead...... But then again camps where never really an exciting RPG. ~

Maplestream randomly strolls into camp. "hi. Anything interesting to do?"

Featherstorm waited by the camp entrance for her mate Mallownose to arrive from the tribe. She had a fish she had just caught by her that she would share with him.

"Hey Brightstar," Maplestream meowed to her sister. "want to hunt with me?"

~is this dead?~

Mallownose padded along the river, searching for the scent of many Riverclan cats. Suddenly Mallownose saw the well guarded reed-walled Riverclan camp. "How on earth am I going to find Featherstorm?" Mallownose thought wearily, then stepped up to the enterence, then he purred when he saw Featherstorm. "Hi Featherstorm!" he purred. and padded up to her, and licked her ear affectionatly.

Featherstorm was filled with joy at the sight of Mallownose. "Mallownose!" she purred happily. Featherstorm licked his ear back, and then picked up her fish. "Wanna share?" she asked.

"Featherstorm?" Brightstar's voice sounded over the reeds and the RiverClan leader appeared at the top of the gentle slope. The reeds crunched beneath her paws as the gray she-cat bounded down, her blue eyes sharp. "What's the meaning of this...? Mallownose!" Brightstar flicked her ears in surprise. "Petalfrost's kit, right?"

"Brightstar?!" Featherstorm said, turning around surprised. "Mallownose, my mate, was going to join Riverclan. Please let him stay!"

Brightstar flattened her ears slightly in surprise and dismay. He's a Tribe cat! Who knows where his true loyalties lie? Her blue eyes flitted over Mallownose and Featherstorm, taking in the way the RiverClan warrior inched closer to him as their eyes met. Realizing that her conflicted emotions were probably showing in her eyes, Brightstar quickly arranged her expression to a blank mask. But if I don't give in... then Featherstorm will leave. She's a wonderful warrior, and RiverClan needs her. She sighed almost inaudibly and sat back on her haunches, observing the two new mates. "I'll let him--you," she turned her eyes to Mallownose, correcting herself so it didn't sound like she was talking like the Tribe warrior wasn't there, "stay. But let me ask. How? How did you become mates?" Brightstar had a lingering suspicion of Featherstorm sneaking out at night and meeting up with Mallownose.
