Ajax knew far to well that is was best not to argue. He stretched hi tired muscles and shook off his pelt before dipping his head to his superior. His gaze floated around the camp, searching for the wolfs soft grey pelt. Once he spotted her he padded over. "Are you up for a patrol?"

"Of course I am. It's not like there is anything else to do." She mused sarcastically. Ajax stood silent, unamused but figuring it was a waste of his time to start fighting. Both warriors padded back over to Tenebris without another word and paused before him.

~Karma has been accepted. Since the hunting patrol has already left would you like to rp in the camp for now. They haven't left on a patrol yet and they still need a few warriors to guard the camp.~

Paladin and Ren pelted away in the other direction. Ren was quiet; her paw pads seemed to float over the ground. Paladin was a bit more noisy, but he didn't care. He surrounded the moose. The moose didn't even notice the pack yet. He continued to graze. Ren almost laughed. Paladin looked at all the readied wolves. He winked at his mate and with a facial expression asked if they were ready.

Mingra sat, warm in her den. She didn't want to get out, but got up anyways. Spotting her mate, she trots over to him. "Morning Tenebris. Sleep well?" She licks a piece of his fur down before sitting next to him.

Mara nodded and let out a long howl. "Do not let it kick you." She called to the others before pelting towards the large animal and launching herself onto its back.

Nati and Ajax stood next to Tenebris, doing their best to be patient. They were ready for a good run.

Akiro immediately reacted and leaped onto the big animal. He growled and bit into the tough meat. Skaarsgard also rushed in for the kill. She grabbed the animal's legs in her jaws and the moose tumbled over to the ground.

~I thought it was a moose? Lol~

~Oh really? I'll change that immediately. :Sweat: I'm messing up a lot.

~Dont worry. I knew what you met. For a moment I thought it was me who got it wrong. Continue. ~

~ Woah, Blaze. Chill out lol. Just one wolf can't kill a moose O.o ~

Ren snatched the side of the moose and held her grip as it flailed. Paladin pounced on the other side, unevening the sides. Paladin pounced off. He knew he would tip the moose and it would have fell on him otherwise. "Don't let it run! Hold its hooves and legs in place!" Paladin howled. Ren pushed off the side and licked the blood from her lips. Mmmmm..... She grabbed the moose's front left leg and gripped on, shaking her head back and forth like a dog on a chew toy.

~I didn't kill it. It just fell to the ground. It's still very alive, I assure you~

"Off of the right flank!" Mara barked before she bit down hard into the back of the Moose's neck and shoulder. He jaw locked a the taste of the blood. She forced her weight off to h animals right flank and threw it off balance as it came crashing to the ground. "Finish it off" she said through a mouthful of flesh.

Akiro leaped in and bit the moose's neck. The moose gave a yelp(?) with pain. Skaarsgard came crashing down onto the moose's back. She clawed the flank and its eyes. The moose flailed its legs, trying to see but couldn't because its eyes were ruined.

Tenebris nodded at the two warriors before acknowledging his mate. He nuzzled her neck and sighed. "We're going on a patrol, Mingra. Do you want to come?" The large black wolf tipped his head to one side as he stood, clearly itching for a chance to stretch his legs.

Sollecks rumbled low in his throat when he spotted Tenebris organizing the patrol. His name hadn't been called, so he obviously was to stay and guard. The gray wolf lay on his side, meticulously biting off the ice that had collected on his paw pads. The scar that had blinded his left eye was throbbing more than usual, and he couldn't resist but attempt to soothe it with pawfuls of cold snow.

Ren leaped onto the moose and gave a powerful blow to the neck, and it fell limp. Paladin noticed it was still twitching, so he slashed it with his jaws and it stopped completely. "We shall bring it back and come back for more," Paladin announced. "Come, let us pick it up." His fur flew backward as he stalked to the moose and waited for a few others to help him haul it. Ren pounced onto the thing, determined to carry it. Paladin waved her off and picked up its right side, again waiting for support by others. Ren got to the side and figured she'd just lead them back to camp.

As Mara, Akiro, Skaarsgard, and Ren all leaped on the moose, Phaio was the last one to rush in. He leapt for the moose's neck and clawed at the jugular. Blood was clotting the moose's fur together all around, so it was tough to get throught to the skin. The blood welled up heavily on the neck as the jugular was cut, and the moose was dying. This would be more than enough to feed the pack.

Mara still held tight to the back of the animals neck as it made its last attempts to free itself. She occasionally readjusted her footing to keep her balance but she never released her grip. Once the body went limp she released it and looked at the others. Mara nodded at Paladins words before chiming in. "Is anyone hurt?"

(Snowlily I already killed it XD)

~Mara didn't kill it. She was holding it down. Lol~

~Ok, now I'm confused. We're spamming. Better get back to rping.

Akiro and Skaarsgard helped lift the heaby moose onto their shoulders. They made their way back, slowly.

Paladin walked with matching pace to the others. Ren pranced next the the warriors, leading the way. They reached the entrance. "Come on. We'll et the moose down here at the entrance and then go back," Paladin grunted.

"Is this not enough. Bare in mind that if we hunt too much there won't be as much for later, and not to mention if we don't eat it all we may attract unwanted guests." Mara bluntly pointed out.She shook off her pelt and licked some of the remains of the blood from her muzzle.
