Blocking People

I think it would be cool if you could block certain users without having them accept it.

Lunarlight, it wouldn't really be useful. All you could be able to block
them from is PM and friends. And knowing you you would probably block
everybody. But I think if you could block people from special RPs it would be okay. But other than that this idea wouldn't be needed, really.

It is needed because I have a feeling thst when people can pm me again I'lkl be getting some hate mail...

Whoever sends hate mail, is immature. I don't think any of us would do that. but, I understand.

I guess blocking people from PMing you might have some advantages, but what if it really is just a regular PM? You never know, and even so, if someone sent you hate mail, that would be a pretty serious offense because cyber bullying is completely unacceptable.

Blocking them any other way would be kind of impossible. You can't block them from posting or logging on chats or talking.

Hun I don't think the other person has the option to approve you blocking them. Though, to be honest, I don't think you would need to block anyone. Personally, I'm not all that inclined to believe that anyone here would do that to another member, despite past events, but if something like that were to happen that is against the forum rules and you can go to Dragonclaw about the situation and let him deal with it.

Hun, to be entirely honest, I think you are blowing up this situation to be more than it is. You are worried about too many of these "what ifs". It's not a good way to live your life and as I told you when we first met and its something you should understand, nothing said online can hurt you more than you allow. This whole thing will blow over. Just give it time. That always fixes things. You don't need to win anyone over. Those who really were your friends will still be your friends just the same, just as in my situation. Lunarlight, I don't necissarily approve of what you have done in the past but as I have said repeatedly, I will still be here just as I always have. The rest of those people who don't agree will only play the small roles in your life anyway.

Now as far as people potentially harrassing you over private messaging, don't make it your problem. They will be the ones breaking the rules and they will be the ones with consequences for it, so let that be there problem and report it and move on with your life.

Lunarlight, if this isn't accepted, and you have to face the fact you take things way to seriously, and your PMs will be unlocked you will have to deal with hate mail. And like Cheesy said, that would be an offense anyway. So don't hate on yourself like that. :/ Honesyly I don't think we should post on other people's suggestions because it is not our decision whether its accepted or not.

You have an interesting proposal Lunarlight. However, Tech and the other members do not see a need for such a feature at this moment.
