DF RP: Two New Warriors

Phantom leaped onto the Jagged Rock, and yowled," Dark Forest cats, gather here now!" She glanced sideways at Sun(beam)paw and Sun(fire)paw, who were waiting at the bottom of the boulder, their eyes gleaming with eagerness and pride.

Feral's ears pricked when he heard Phantom's call. He got up slowly and lumbered towards the Jagged Rock, joining the other high-ranked warriors. When this is over, he thought, I'll go recruit some apprentices. Its been some moons since I last did so.

Nyx was laying on her back, near the Whispering Willows. But the hollow voice of Phantom echoed throughout the dark, souless place, and made her get up and lumber to the jagged old rock.

Sunbeam gazed up at his leader, his eyes shining with pride. He was on the path to becoming feared and respected. He remembered the costly mistake he had made in their assessment, which he had nearly won. All because he had used too much power in a charge at the other apprentice, they had tied.

Aere followed Phantom up onto the rock. The rough stone dug into her paws as she shifted to a flatter area. Green-gray eyes gleamed as she gazed down at the gathering warriors. Perhaps it was better this way, she mused. Aere's gaze flicked away to stare into the treeline, where others were approaching.

Fell sighed, rolling to her paws. She shook the dirt out of her golden-brown tabby fur and followed Niyx towards the Jagged Rock. The large she-cat soon overtook her, her long strides allowing her to pull ahead of the others. Fell brushed past several other cats, ignoring their scattered hisses of annoyance. She really needed to find something to do.

"Hello Aere," Phantom purred when she saw her sister. She rasped her tongue gently over the brown tabby's ears. Being with Aere made her feel more of her old self. "Where were you just now?" She couldn't help feeling curious.

Feral mewed a greeting at Fell when he saw her. "Hey," he grunted. "Planning to get an apprentice later?" He wanted to see how the other high-ranked warrior would deal with apprentices.

Thin Air looked up. Soon, she would be a warrior, and soon, the clans would fall. Then, there would be revenge. Revenge for...everything. That will be me soon. Thin Air thought to herself, looking at the soon-to-be-warriors with undisguised envy.

(Can Sunbeam and Nyx be close friends?)
Nyx stared around all the gathering cats. They didn't look anymore enthusiastic about this as her, but of course the apprentices were. She padded over the Sunpaw, and sat. "Today's your day," she purred, and nuzzled her head to his temple for a moment. She didn't know many apprentices very well, but she felt she needed to do something to cheer up the clan. And, Sunpaw was known to her, at least.

Sunfire-paw smiled. I'm going to be a warrior... a warrior... He looked up, pride in his eyes.

Forestblaze opened her eyes, the Memory Flower right in front of her. She looked at her past, getting the angry emotions inside of her. She ran to the Jagged Rock, and sat beside her son.

Thunderclaw sat down at Jagged rock.That will be me soon.He thought.I will be truly the best.but first,I have to beat someone...

After praising Sunpaw(beam), Nyx padded over to Forestblaze and Sunpaw(fire). "Forestblaze!" she said happily, and nuzzled her as well. "It has been a while." She turned to Sunpaw, and nodded in respect. "Hello, Sunpaw, I hope your big day ends up well," she mewed, and slowly pawed away, and vanished with the crowd again, to go and praise the rest of the soon-to-be-apprentices.

"Visiting the Tunnels." Aere's eyes twinkled as she sat down. "I'm thinking we should have an assessment or a training session there one of these days." She tipped her head forward so her mouth was just beside Phantom's ears. "I need to show you something later." Aere leaned away as she spotted Fell glancing up at them. She'd never felt the need to show her sister before, but perhaps she could figure out the meaning of the cave.

(Wait, Phanny, Aere, who is this ceremony for besides Sunbeam and Sunfire?)

( Just them two. No one else. )

"Sure..." Phantom said slowly, her curiosity growing as she wondered what surprise Aere had in store for her. Turning her attention back to the Dark Forest cats, she mewed loudly," Today, we will have two new warriors joining our ranks. Sun(fire)paw and Sun(beam)paw." She beckoned them over with her tail to join her and her sister.

When apprentices were made warriors, it was a chance for them to be recognized by their seniors. It would help boost their confidence and allow them to share stronger bonds with one another. With this, the Dark Forest would surely win StarClan.

Sunbeam-paw jumped up onto the Jagged Rock, his head raised proudly. He padded up beside Phantom and Aere. He nodded respectfully to them. A fierce pride welled up in him. He would soon be a dark forest warrior.

Doveshine sat under the Jagged Rock, Katana at her heels. Two new warriors, she thought. The Dark Forest will be much more powerful than it was. As if reading her mind, Katana nodded. "We will rule over the Clans," he growled.

Nyx mewed loudly, in respect for the newly appointed warriors. She was usually quiet, mysterious, and a bit creepy, but she was excited. She figured everyone thought of it as odd, as well, but she continued to purr to the apprentices as if they were her kits.

~ I'll just made up some words ~

"Do you swear upon your life that you will be forever loyal to the Dark Forest? That nothing stands between your path of destroying StarClan?" Phantom growled, her cold blue eyes searching his for an answer. His confidence was admirable but she wanted to know where his heart lies. (lol, beneath the chest hahaha )

Nyx stayed silent as a shadow for this part, as normal. She awaited for an answer, patiently and searchingly, as if she were awaiting her prey. She knew what the newly-appointed warriors were going to say, but she needed to hear it for herself. She just hoped they would say it like a true Dark Forest warrior.

"I swear." Sunbeam growled, "I will follow you and Aere, even to a second death. If need be." An evil light shone in his eyes, and his long claws scraped the earth. He looked in Phantom's eyes, and his eyes met hers.

Nyx remained quiet. She silently thought, though Yes. You said it like a true warrior. Then, she yowled in agreement. She said something like that when she became a warrior, and many cats yowled for her, too.

Katana's bloodred eye shone in the darkness. It is pretty obvious that his loyalties lie with the Dark Forest. During his life, he wasn't bloodthirsty and bad in the outside. Katana had somehow buried his treachery deely in his heart, and chose the Dark Forest even when he could walk straight to StarClan. Katana yowled with Nyx.

Doveshine heard her brother's voice ring beside her. Then, she too yowled, her voice matching Katana's.

Thunderclaw yowled the warrior's name to the.....I don't know what. He was happy to know they would train soon.

Sunfire-paw jumped up onto the Jagged Rock and meowed "I swear." He looked down at his mother, who was smiling at him. He looked over at Sunbeam-paw, and then to everyone else, trying to think of their names, trying to memorize them.

Forestblaze caught Sunfire-paw's eyes and whispered, "Sh!" To Dawnstorm, "Don't talk during the ceremony."

Nyx continued to yowl after Sunpaw-fire's swear, not hearing Forestblaze's yowl. The other cats joined in, and almost everyone yowled and lowered their voices to silence. It was Phantom's turn to talk, now.

Ironclaw sat in the trees, looking at the new warriors with approval. Soon the dark forest would rise up and wipe and first StarClan, and then the other clans.
Sunbeam, with head raised proudly, looked down at his clanmates, then back at Phantom for her reply.
