If there's a distinct possibility that he's going to get banned, then it shouldn't be put in even PMs at all. Otherwise, you could be banned as well.

If he could be banned for this, then it's best not to say anything. I agree with Brightstar. Although honestly I do not remember any such serious infraction committed by Honeystar.

If it's something about Clan application (just a guess), it's probably okay not to PM. If he could get banned, it's best not to send the PM anyway. I don't see a reason for a serious PM here. If you send something that he could get banned for, it's more likely for you to get banned because you sent it in the first place.

Yes I agree with what everyone has already said. Its best not to say anything in my opinion. Also, everyone makes mistakes. Possibly he accidentally broke a rule but, like Maplestream said I don't remember any serious infraction he did to have him banned and he would have been notified already.

Admins, do not ban Honeystar. He made an honest mistake
His picture in his signature givees us a link to another site. I know that is the most severe mistake, but he doesnt even know.

Lunarlight is correct, his pictures do have a link to another site. However, the site is he one that hosts images for WCF. All pictures have a link there (at least, the ones you host from your docs).

Kind of funny that it is still unlocked, but i think Honeystar should take down her photos. An inexperienced admin might ban her.

The pictures are okay. The content is appropriate and the links are harmless.
