Honeystar's Gift

Honeystar is about to leave WindClan Camp for the [Moonstone, Moonpool, Moonbow falls?] to recieve his eight new lives from StarClan. He hopes everything will be alright while he's gone. Lotusflower is nearly closer to having their kits. Hawktalon [whom he had met near the mountains and invited her to join WindClan] was getting along well with everyone. And Sagedapple was allowed to be mates with Fireheart of ThunderClan. The Greenleaf night seemed calm enough, but for how long?

((You have to go through Skyclan territory to get to moonstone)) Silverstar leaped gracefully accross the rocks of her territory. She saw a trush hovering above an ant hill in search of prey. She stalked up on it and pounces. The thrush skwaked and flew higher, but the Skyclan leader could jump high enough to grab the bird with a claw, pull it down, and kill it with a swift bite to the neck.

Across the grassy highlands of WindClan Honeystar could see the Highstones even from here. All he had to do was go through SkyClan Territory to get there.

"I'm sure no one will be around." he thought, "and even if there is, I know Silverstar will understand I'm only passing through to get to the Moonstone."

The grass and heather sage soon gave way to barren rock as he neared the border.

((Smallpaw doesn't mind godmodding. i know it)) Silverstar padded back to the camp and put her thrush on the fresh kill pile. Smallpaw padded up to her. "Mum, Leaf-fern and I were out collecting herbs and we saw Honeytongue coming towords the border." She said. ((We still know you as Honeytongue.))

Moving with caution Honeystar traveled along the base of the mountain near the Highrocks [~wait is it Highrocks or Highstones?~]. Thankfully he had slightly long hind legs to help him jump from rock to rock, or climb up steep slopes.

Silverstar walked to the border and sure enough, Honeytongue was a ways into the territory. "Greetings, Honeytongue." She called. "What brings you here?"

Honeystar tried his best not to lose balance when he heard the SkyClan Leader call out to him.

"Greetings Silverstar." he replied "And it's not Honeytongue anymore, it's Honeystar. I'm on my way to the Moonstone."

"Oh! Thats great. Shall I accompany you to the edge of Skyclan territory?" She padded up to HoneySTAR.

"Well, I suppose so. Since I am on your territory, and I could use some company."

"Ok." She said climbing up the rocks easily. ((im such a show off))

Keeping up as best he could, Honeystar followed her up the rocks.

(hehe) "come on. Highstones are up here." She called from a couple of tail lengths away.

"Yes I know that." He called back, while picking up the pace to catch up. "I can see them from here."

"Yes you can." She replied, slowing her pace a bit.

Finally managing to reach the SkyClan Leader, he paused to take a breather.
"It's..it's been a long while..since I..had to do so much hiking like this."

"Yes. Sorry i was going fast. I forgon you werent really used to all the hiking and mountain and rocks." She said. "Here we are. The cave to Moonstone is thataway." She said, twitching her tail in the direction of a cave.

Dreamdust had been following them the whole way.Her skyclan leader had already had been heading for home and she wanted to see what would happen when Honey got his 8 lives so she followed honey. Honey did not her her so she thought she was safe.

(( lol )) Silverstar said gooodbye as they reached the border. She padded back to the camp. "Wheres Dreamdust?" She called to her warriors. ((And apprentices, and Medi cat))

((should all these people go with Honeystar, or maybe its a beterr ide for just leaders to accompny him?))

Icestar raced through reeds,moor, and rocks, finally coming to rest and the base of the highstones. She could faintly see Honeystar with a familiar silver cat, who was chatting her head off as Honeystar carefully climbed the ocks. "Honeystar!" Iestar called. She scrambled up the rocks, aided by her familiarity with the rocks from a past trip. She reached Honestar in no time at all. "Congratulations!"Icestar panted,as she tried to catch her breath. "I heard the news from one of my warriors doing bordr patrols, but i just wantednto say comgrats!"

Honeystar was surprised to see Icestar here congratulating him. How many other cats knew about this already? He hadn't even reached the entrance to Highrocks, let alone recieve his eight lives.

"Well thank you Icestar, that was very considerate of you coming this far from ShadowClan Territory. Though you could have waited until the next Gathering to do that."

The moon would be full, two nights from now.

~oh yay a gathering~ Smallpaw meowed: "Dreamdust went with you." Silverstar looked around. "I never saw her."

Brightstar sat at the RiverClan border, gazing out to High Stones. Suddenly, she pricked her ears in surprise. "Who's there?"

Dreamdust was always hiding when someone came but always followed when they were gone.

Brightstar frowned, catching a glimpse of flashing silver, ghostly white, and cream-and-brown.... Honeytongue? Brightstar glanced behind her. "Talonstrike, would you take the patrol? Thanks." Without waiting for a reply, Brightstar turned and raced over the marshy ground, careful to avoid the deep, muddy parts. "Honeytongue! Hello! And Icestar! Greetings!"

~I know your name is Honeystar, now, Honeystar. I'm just calling you Honeytongue for this RPG to make it fun.~

Talonstrike found Dreamdust and carried her by her neck"stop stop"she said.
