Favorite books :3
I'm really in need of finding a good book nowadays. I already have some books in mind, although I thought it would be fun to discuss what books are our favorites and least favorites.
I want to Read:
I Am Number Four
Unwind
The Mark of Athena
Matched
Wintergirls
Recommended:
The Scorpio Races
Wild Magic
Dragon Slippers
The Demon King
The Alchemyst
Gone
I don't really dislike/hate any book except for Fifty Shades of Gray. I didn't even read past like, 15% of the book before I put it down. It was disturbing, to say the very, very least. o.o
So yeah, those are some of my boo. Share some of yours, and give a reason/summary iff you want. [I also need some suggestions because my English class requires us to read a book every week. ]

As it says in my signature, I like a lot of books. To list a few:
1. Alex Rider
2. Striker
3. Redwall
4. The Brotherbands
Also the new Inheritance book, but I think you've already read that.

Flowers for Algernon! OMG best book ever! :DD I've reread it like 10 times and it never gets old. :') oh yeah.. I read the Chronicles of Narnia, The Twilight Saga (I promise it's better than the movie), Beastly (cussing warning), I wouldn't suggest the Nine Lives of Chloe King, I Have Lived A Thousand Years (err its about the holocaust, so it's a little violent), Homer's Odyssey, and Dewie. I can't think of any others..
Oh yeah, I'm going to read the Sight, about wolves! I heard its really good. :DD

@Sunbeam, Inheritance isn't "new" anymore
And yes she's read that. You've read everything that I have, Brightstar D:
Well, except for the Immortals series by Tamora Pierce, which begins with Wild Magic. I keep telling you but you keep not reading it
I have read Unwind and it is AMAZING definitely recommended!
I can't wait for The Mark of Athena to come out!!
And Christopher Paolini hinted about writing a new Alagaesia series! HURRY UP DUDE I WANNA READ IT xDD

Pfft, I already read Wild Magic. It's on my kindle.
I'm getting The Mark of Athena by Scholastic pre-order It only costed ten dollars. The cover looks so cool! ^-^
There's going to be a new Alagaesia series? *le gasp* Awesome! Inheritance was kind of left in a cliff hanger. xD

Yup Paolini said it in the author's note. Yes, that's how bored I was. I read the author's note. -.-
I'm soo looking forward to the mark of Athena!!
Did you finish the Immortals series though? it's really good, but there's a bit of pedophilia...

I know a few classics that are recommended to me, too:
The Great Gatsby
The Night Circus
Hitch Hiker's Guide to the Galaxy (unfinished series; the author died and it's a cliffhanger)
I've never read these, but we're the same age so I guess they're for you too

Try and use proper spelling Spottedpaw. Text grammar isn't accepted here.
Anyway, I read a lot of books lately because of my Language Arts Class. This is what I recommend from some of the stuff I just read.
The Gunslinger by Stephen King (This book is VERY mature. If you're not old enough to go to a PG-13 or R rated movie, DON'T pick up this book.)
13 Reasons Why by Jay Asher (Again, deals with some serious stuff. Use caution before reading)
The Ruby in The Smoke by Philip Pullman- A little hard to follow, but it is excellent. I may even like it a bit better than Pullman's more famous work, The Golden Compass.
The Absolutely True Diary of a Part Time Indian- I read this for a novel study, and finished it in three days. It has some mature content, but it isn't nearly as bad as The Gunslinger or 13 Reasons Why. You should defintley give it a try!
And The Lost Hero is really good too! That's the first book in the new series after the Percy Jackson one. The third book is going to come out in october.

Oh I've read Thirteen Reasons Why. It's a pretty good book actually, even though some parts can be described as "disturbing."
The Lost Hero is another one of those books that I've read! The third book of that series is what I'm getting in a couple days! ^-^
Only today, I finished a new book. It's called The Farwalker's Quest, and its really good! I would recommend it for everyone. :] It has a pretty interesting plot and some unique ideas.
