Acornstar stood up and leaped at the fox. She scraped at it and finished its life. "Thank goodness you're all safe," she meowed. "Go back to camp and have Leafbreeze look at your wounds, I'm going to continue going to stay here and see what StarClan has to say about the war." She walked over to the Ash Tree and sat down, waiting for the patrol to leave.

Robinpaw yawned as she walked out of the apprentice den. She looked around but didn't see Eaglestar anywhere. She sniffed the air and noticed his scent leading out of camp. She followed it to see what her mentor was doing.

Leafbreeze was organizing herbs in the medicine den. She hadn't found out about the fox attack yet.

Owlfeather padded out of the warriors den and over to the fresh kill pile. Her stomach was rumbling loudly so she picked up a nice plump bluejay and walked over to a shady spot to eat it.

Eaglestar stopped tracking Larkflight and decided to go back to camp. She ran back the way she came. She almost stumbled over her apprentice. "Robinpaw? What are you doing here?" she was confused for a moment, then realized. "I guess you were looking for me. Oh well. Let's go do some training."She led the apprentice to a certain point then stopped. "Let's do some battle training. Attack me, and remember, claws sheathed," she instructed.

She nodded. Robinpaw checked to make sure her claws were sheathed, then she got into a crouch and tried to jump onto Eaglestar.

Eaglestar stepped to the side. "You're too slow. In battle you wouldn't stop to make sure your claws are unsheathed before you attack. Someone could've jumped on you already. Try again Robinpaw," she advised.

Barklight limped back to camp. He'd bruised his shoulder when he was thrown off, and it was painful.

Larkflight hissed and looked around, feeling like she was being watched. She was close to the border and the scent of SquirrelClan was everywhere in the vicinity. She'd eaten a sparrow earlier.

This time Robinpaw jumped just as she finished speaking. The first time she had checked because they were practicing. In a battle she would have her claws unsheathed before she even began to attack.

Leafbreeze saw Barklight limping into camp. She immediatly ran up to him, quickly looked at his shoulder and other wounds, and led him back to her den to be treating. She put a poultice on his shoulder to reduce the pain and heal his bruise. "You have to rest so your shoulder can heal." she said. "Rest for the rest of the day, and I'll check your shoulder to see how it's healing."

Barklight winced when pressure was applied to his bruise. " Thanks Leafbreeze," he meowed. "Can you find a warrior and tell them to go and find Acornstar? I'm worried about her."

~The only warriors were injured in the fox fight. Should I sent a made up warrior, or an apprentice?~

"Ok" she said. Then she quickly left the medicine den, and walked into the warriors den to look for someone to send to look for Acornstar.

~What's going on? o.O Can someone give me a quick summary?~

~The Summary-
SquirrelClan:
Acornstar had Barklight set up a dawn patrol (with Appleblossom, Cherrypaw, and himself), while she went to the Ash Tree to see if StarClan knew anything about the war. On the way there she got attacked by a fox, and the patrol came to save her. Acornstar then sent them back to camp so that Leafbreeze could check their wounds.

BirdClan:
Eaglestar followed Larkflight's scent which lead out of camp, and Robinpaw followed her. When Eaglestar turned to go back to camp, she stumbled on Robinpaw and now they are training.~

Eaglestar had no time to react when she tumbled on the ground. "Nice work, Robinpaw! I didn't expect that at all!" she complimented her apprentice, then got up off of the ground. She looked up at the sky. "It's sun high," she muttered. "Let's go hunting." without waiting, she walked off, following the scent of hawk.

Acornstar laid down beside the Ash Tree and closed her eyes. She saw her parents, Pecanheart and Pineneedle. "The big battle is seasons away, but there will be many smaller ones. You must be prepared!" Pecanheart meowed. "But father! There must be something else we can do to stop this sooner! Are you even split up in StarClan?" Eaglestar couldn't believe what her father was saying. Her mother stepped in front of Pecanheart. "I'm sorry, but yes. They are split up, even in StarClan. And what your father says is true, you have to be prepared!"Pineneedle meowed. Eaglestar shed a tear. "But why?" she hissed. "Tell me, please! There must be something else we can do!" Before her parents could respond, everything faded, and her eyes opened. The words repeated in her mind, You must be prepared! She walked away from the Ash Tree and headed toward the camp with her tail dragging in the dirt.

Robinpaw smiled as her mentor and leader complimented her. She immediatly followed her, quickly picking up the scent of the hawk. She moved to the side where she would be out of sight of the hawk and she quietly ran ahead. She moved to where she would be on the oppisite side of the hawk than Eaglestar was, and she moved into a hunting crouch,waiting until she could see Eaglestar before she jumped. If it got away from her it would fly straight toward Eaglestar, and she would be able to catch it.

Leafbreeze didn't see any warriors so she went into the apprentice's den. "Thunderpaw, Windpaw. Can you two go to find Acornstar? Barklight is worried about her."

Thunderpaw nodded and bolted out of camp."Wait for me."Said windpaw running after her.

Acornstar was almost at camp when Thunderpaw and Windpaw almost ran into her, "I suppose that you were looking for me? Well I'm here and I'm fine," she meowed. She walked past the apprentices without waiting to make sure they were following. She walked into camp and went to the Medicine Cat's den. "Are you okay, Barklight?" she asked.

Eaglestar nodded, and positioned herself in the hunting crouch, in case the hawk got away from Robinpaw.

Robinpaw jumped and landed on the hawk, quickly biting it's neck before it knew what had happened. She then carried it back towards Eaglestar.

Leafbreeze walked back into the medicine den and meowed, "Acornstar, do you need to be treated too?" she had already began to check Acornstar for injuries.

"I'm fine now," Barklight meowed. "You were just gone for a long time and I was worried about you after the fox."

Larkflight padded back to camp, feeling uncomfortable. She went up to Eaglestar and mewed, "SquirrelClan was really close to the border today."

"Good work Robinpaw!" Eaglestar was impressed by her apprentice. She looked up. "We should get back to camp," she meowed. She turned and headed back to camp, without waiting for Robinpaw. When they arrived at camp she turned toward her den, only to get stopped by Larkflight. "What!?" her neck fur started to bristle as she heard what Larkflight had to say. She let out a small hiss then calmed down. "I'll see that it is handled. Thank you for telling me." She walked away, looking for Hawkeyes.

"I'm fine also, I just wanted to finish my journey." Acornstar was still troubled with what StarClan had said, and she knew it showed. She turned and walked to her den. She laid in her nest, staring into nothingness as she imagined losing all her warriors in the major battle.
