Volepaw smiled at Petalpaw and whispered. "Thanks."

Cloudpaw purred watching Spottedkit. She pricked her ears and looked at Volepaw giving him a puzzled look. "Your leaving so soon? But its a kit!" Cloudpaw mewed softly. "Well, I want to go hunting with Petalpaw. Im so restless and ready to get out of camp too..." He mewed. Cloudpaw narrowed her eyes. "Fine." She growled. She whipped around to looked at Spottedkit and purred.

Volepaw narrowed his eyes at his sister and sighed. Sometimes Cloudpaw can be a pain in the tail. But now I get to go hunting with Petalpaw! He thought happily. "Ready when you are." He mewed turning to Petalpaw with a sly smile.

Goldenstream stretched and noticed Darkfire. "Darkfire, is there something wrong with your paw?" she asked.

Angelpaw laid down on a boulder and sunned herself.

Tempestsoul walked over, "Well...he hurt it earlier, then tried to climb up this tree with it! I had tp drag him down."

"No! I tried to WALK to the tree and then you dragged me down," corrected Darkfire. he stuck his tongue out at Tempestsoul. "And yeah..," he added to Goldenstream.

Rainbowkit looked at it. "Mom said that it is but only at the front. She said that towards the back it gets deeper," she explained. Riverkit jumped into the water at the front. He splashed all the other kits. "Hey!!" called Diamondkit crossly. "You'll pay for that!" She jumped into the water and splashed him. Rainbowkit giggled.

Goldenstream laughed, "Do you need Angelpaw or Mewfire to check it?"

Darkfire rolled his eyes. "Where has you brain been the last few hours?" he teased her. "They already did! While I was unconsious!" He smiled.

"No! You were trying to climb!" She hissed playfully.

Iriskit, Harmonykit and Twilightkit jumped in, splashing water everywhere.

"Well, I was gone!" Goldenstream laughed.

Darkfire shoved her playfully. "No, no, no. You got it all wrong, girl!" he said in a funny voice. "You see.. I was WALKING there not CLIMBING." He rolled his eyes. "Get yo facts straight," he laughed.

Rainbowkit jumped in after them. "Whee!!" she exclaimed as she splashed water everywhere. "So! How's life in Thunderclan?" asked Diamondkit. "Life in Rainbowclan is awesome," added Riverkit as he splashed water at Harmonykit.

"You should keep a close eye on Darkfire. Considering he's lying to you," Tempestsoul said mystically and padded away.

"Wha? What does she mean?" Goldenstream asked Darkfire, looking at him.

"I'm not lying!" he called after her. "Nothing. I was GONNA climb the tree but while I was walking towards it she pulled me back so.. yeah," he told Goldenstream.

Tempestsoul rolled her eyes and called back, "Suuurrree!"

"Yeah! I wasn't climbing the tree!" called Darkfire.

"Stop arguing, you two!" Goldenstream laughed, "It's pointless!"

Darkfire pouted then laughed. "Fine, fine! Whatever you say," he laughed.

Tempestsoul ran back over, "Grr...You're lucky you're injured!" She meowed playfully.

"Pshaw! I could still take you on," said Darkfire puffing out his chest then laughing. "Just cuz I'm injured doesn't mean I can't do anything!"

"You could get even more injured." Goldenstream laughed.

"Noo, I wouldn't," disagreed Darkfire. His stomach rumbled loudly. "Err.. heh," he said sheepishly.

"I'm on it!" Tempestsoul grabbed him a squirrel, "Here you go."

"Oh thanks," said Darkfire. He bit into the squirrel. He chewed it thoughtfully. "Mm. This is a good squirrel," he said. He licked his lips, to get the last scraps of squirrel.

"I choose well, don't I?" Tempestsoul boasted.

Darkfire chuckled. "Haha. Yeah you do," he said with a short laugh.

"I know, right?" Tempestsoul burst into laughter.

"Oh yes. Soo right," laughed Darkfire. "Good job! At picking out fresh kill!" He mrrowed with laughter.
