Far in the future, there are three Clans: Fleetclan of the Moors, Fallowclan of the North Forest, and Ashclan of the Southern Woods. They live in relative peace, save for the occasional squabble. It's an unusually cold leaf-fall, but nobody pays any mind.

In Ashclan, there lives a she-cat named Whisperpaw, and it seems she has it all: good looks, friends who care about her, and excellent skills. The only discordant note seems to be her father's jealous second mate, a former kittypet named Sunbeam, who seems bent on making Whisperpaw and her twin brother Shadowpaw's life miserable.

With the first snow comes trouble, though. Fallowclan has been trespassing into Ashclan's territory. As tensions rise and temperatures drop, Whisperpaw faces challenges that she'd never dreamed of having to ever take on. But when a new enemy makes itself known, the three Clans must band together and face it, or else everything they hold dear will be destroyed.

Can the Clans overcome their differences and defeat the enemy? Will Whisperpaw unravel the complicated web she's tangled in minus a broken heart? Stay tuned for Q u a v e r, coming soon to this forum!
