Mossfoot was out looking for herbs when she found blood.It was kit blood.She had to get back but her kits were not there.This was the night of deadly deaths.

Iceclaw was awaken by the shocked yowls of Mossfoot. She was actually just visiting EarthClan for a moon, to help out with the new Clan. She immediately leaped to her paws, rushing over to the she-cat. "Mossfoot?" she asked, worry in her blue eyes. "What's wrong?

"The kits are not here!"She yowled.

"Kits?" Iceclaw blinked a couple of times. Her drowsiness suddenly evaporated and she widened her eyes in horror. "Kits? Your kits are gone?"

~ By the way, Mossfoot, what are the kits' names? ~

~Cleverkit[used to be Treekit],Poppykit,Crowkit,Oldest kit is Pinepaw but she's not missing.~
"Yes they are.I told Pinepaw to watch them but it looks like she didn't!"Mossfoot meowed sadly.

Iceclaw narrowed her eyes. She could smell the slightest trace of blood in the air. "Blood? Could they have been injured?" she mewed, glancing around in horror.

~ Nice names. ~

"Or dead."Mossfoot added.

~ Mossfoot, you've got to be more worried! xD its your kits and you're like so calm ~

Iceclaw flinched at the thought of it. She shook her head and padded swiftly past Mossfoot. "I'm off to follow the scent trail." she mewed, sniffing the ground.

Skittlestar heard about what happened as she was on border patrol. "Oh no! Is there anything I can do to help?" She asked Mossfoot.

Lightningstar heard the commotion and padded out of her den. She continued to walk toward the cats. Only her eyes and fading golden patch of fur were visible in the dim light of the cave. "What happened?" she asked calmly.

"Mossfoot's kits are gone," Iceclaw replied on behalf of Mossfoot. "We smelled kit's blood."

Heavystep and Darknight padded over. "The kits are gone?" Heavystep mewed, his bright blue eyes thoughtful. Lightningstar thought for a moment. "I smell their blood strongest from the entrance tunnel. They couldn't have gone far. Heavystep, Darknight, go search the forest. I will search the tunnels." Lightningstar ordered. Her siblings nodded and did as they were told.
